Now that paying by phone is possible it's easier to pay your bills

I recently noticed on the ink spill can barely read bill that they frown upon paying my bill via DOXO, while not offering any modern payment solutions themselves. I figure the reason is, they don't want any 3rd party proof of their skeevy billing practices. When it's our word against theirs, there's not much we can do, but once DOXO has sent a payment, and made record of how much and when it was sent as well as if they cashed that check...well then. Everyone should use DOXO! Also, I agree with the other review that if they are too cheap to build a website for customer service, they shouldn't be allowed to get this contract. Too cheap to buy a printer that prints bills you can actually read even! Beats all I've ever seen. All-told, they're criminal, in my opinion.

There crooks don’t see how my power bill
Is over 250 every month for a less then 1000 square foot 2 bedroom apartment with two lamps an two tvs they are a fraud an need to be looked into!

Been a customer over 2years. Never late. Use DOXO to pay. Paid DOXO on 2/7 for bill due 2/20. DOXO sent payment on 2/10 per there record. Black Diamond says not received until 2/23. 13 days for mail? I don't believe them. received a shut off notice in mail on 2/24. Now I have a late fee of $12+ and they were rude. Not the way to build customer loyalty but as they have the only electric company I can use they have me hostage. Should be less than 1 star.

Can't even call to report a power outage ON WEEKENDS OR BEFORE 5PM, This is ridiculous

One of the workers stole 100 dollars cash out of my envelope I paid my already unaffordable bill with. All I can say is Walmarts power bill doesn't compare to how expensive it is to go through black diamond. Be rich or go somewhere else. Don't say I didn't worn you.

Powers out first thing Saturday morning 4-13-2024 no numbers to call. Hey here is an idea maybe I should just finish making this site for you seems I can change whatever. YOU SUCK

This is a horrible company. Seems like every other week the power goes out without warning. Not the type of service you would expect from and over priced power company. I'd love for aep to come in and clean up their mess!!!

I'd give it negative stars if that option was available. They demand a $200 deposit just to begin service, far more than any other utility company I've encountered, but will cut your power off for a $50 bill that's one single month late while also charging you a penalty fee before shutting it off. The power regularly goes out. The first month I used their service my power was out for a full day, not once but twice, causing me to lose everything in my freezer and fridge. To beat it all they don't even provide the electricity themselves, but use the grids from AEP, only to charge more than what AEP does. This is what happens when our society allows utility companies to capitalize off the people without actually participating in capitalism to begin with. You need competitors to be apart of capitalism, yet these companies don't have to compete with each other for the people's support. They can just charge and do whatever they want and the people can't do a thing about it because these aren't things you can just go without. Also my bill goes from around $50 a month on average to 3 times that amount in November and winter hasn't even really started yet

They are lying thieves that will rip you off in a heartbeat but have the nerve to put bible verses on the bill after they steal from you. If you need a extra day for when you get paid forget that they will just tell you go to church!!! One bedroom apartment with a power bill of 116.88 when you are always gone at work and you don't got the heat on bc youplastic your windows so it stays really warm and the winter hasn't been nearly as cold as last year but your power bill is $45.00 more then it was and the power is always off anymore.

How does your power bill double in one month,when you know for a fact that you didnt use anymore than you normally do, when you actually use less and when you confront them about it they laugh at you they need to take their Bible verses off their bills since they have no idea what they mean. They ought to be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat their customers, my landlord actually told me to watch them because they are crooked as they come, great way to show christianity, good job black diamond

This place is absolutely ridiculous. No after hours contact info. Put cutoff notices on doors when bill is paid. Constant outages. Not like they didnt get 2 grand from me for 3 months of power this past winter. Would leave 0 stars if it was an option.

Another power outage...again! It happens a lot on the weekends especially on Sunday. To me, It would make more since to have the shut downs during the week day when most people are at work.Thats too bad. I guess I’ll sit hear in the dark and give them a poor review. Could be worse, it could be Super Bowl Sunday like that one time....

They are now charging a 4% fee to pay over the phone with bank card they want you to pay 6 $ to process you payment.

Second time in a month no power. As high as these rates are. You guys should be able to afford a back. Up generator to keep our power on. Takes you guys for ever to get the power fixed but AEP just a few hours.

I would rate Black Diamond a 0 . I have never had so many power outages anywhere I have lived in my life , they don’t care about their customers they only care about the $$$$$$
