Paquette Pools is the gold standard of pool installations, service and customer advice for DIY folks. We have been supported by them for years and just recently needed some major repair work done and as usual it was done quickly, without issue and very competitively priced. All of their staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, and committed to customer satisfaction.

50 years ago, 1974, Paquette Pools installed a 20/40 in-ground pool in my back yard. I just had them install my 2nd or 3rd liner. Kevin Paquette and his knowledgeable crew not only installed the liner but replaced all outdated parts in the pool. He and his crew really gave me a brand new pool, they sure are professionals. I've been buying recommended pool chemicals from Jen and her staff and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Paquette Pools for their professional and courteous help.

Anna, Christine, Patrick and everyone else at Paquette are always friendly, professional and above all knowledgeable! We recently had to replace a deceased robot vacuum, and Anna was extremely helpful, and efficient! All the staff know their subject and priducts; you really can't be in better hands!

Always great Customer Service and decent selection of Pool supplies, water testing is available. Recently got some great advice on a pump issue saved me a cost of around $50

Just purchased a Saratoga Hot Tub from Rob. Outstanding experience! This Hot tub is well built and easy to setup.Rob went to great lengths to satisfying our needs. These guys are next level amazing! They stepped up to the plate to help us with a hot tub repair when (what seems like) every other local company couldn’t be bothered to help us. They were professional, courteous and made us the priority. It was like a breath of fresh air after months of finding zero help from other companies. I don’t know when the next time I’ll need a pool or hot tub, but I know that I’m calling Paquette Pools first!

Mr.parquette and All his Team were so awesome !! . They came to take a liner out and replace it with a new one. They did that and more !! .They smoothed out all the surfaces and went to town..So polite so generous and kind !! Bobby was awesome to talk too. Kevin P..was fantastic and what a great job they did !! I spoke with the 2 women that work there and they are so kind and compassionate, caring and full of information. We have had nothing but great service from Paquette Pools... from fixing the liner that was pulling out in serveral places (same day service) to replacing the liner, motor replacement, and last year we replaced our filter. Advice on the latter was forthcoming and informative. They close our pool every fall - I feel confident they do it right, and in the spring everything is as it should be when we re-open.

Phil does a great job. Contractors who have done work on my house have asked who put the pool in and I have said Paquette. They have said oh yeah high quality. Bud is also great he has helped me out quite a few times and has come out and helped me. Thanks guys, you have been great!

We just got our Saratoga 6 person spa from Paquette Pools and I have to say, it's a game changer/lifesaver. The spa itself looks very fancy/rich looking with a dark colored grey look on the outside and white colored smokey mountain colors in the inside with a really hard cover on top with the black bar, which provides weight on the cover and we can use the cover back for privacy as it folds back. Living in NH, we can use the spa 12 months out of the year! Rob at Paquette was very helpful! Since I did not know a thing about spas prior, he walked us thru everything. Being a dad of 3 and a caretaker for my dad, and maintaining our house/landscaping outside you get pretty soar. This spa has been the best piece of medicine physically and mentally. It's completely relaxing. Our kids love it to. Maintaining it is pretty easy as time goes on as well. Life is to short. Very happy with our new spa purchase.
