Western Dental & Orthodontics

Great office and great staff. Front and back office were both pleasant. Dr. Jenielle, I hope spelled her name correctly, she was very sweet and gentle with my daughter. It really was a great experience to watch my daughter’s anxiety go down. It takes a special person to do that. Our follow up visit, the next day, was with Dr. Min. My daughter was happy to see her. She has worked on her before and it was a treat for her to see her again and have her work on her. She really knows how to motivate patients to be good on brushing and flossing. I definitely recommend this location to anyone.

I have had a terrible week. However today took the cake. Right after lunch, I broke my back tooth. I called my regular dentist who said that she wanted to leave work early today, so she would see me next week instead. I was in entirely too much pain for that, so I did a Google search and saw I'd be passing a Western Dental. I took a chance and made the phone call and they got me in to fix it. Let me just say, I have never thought much about western dental, but today's visit really changed my mind. There were thoughtful caring and comforting. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but by the time I left there I was so at ease it was ridiculous. One of the dentist even hugged me on the way out. Definitely where I'm gonna go for the rest of eternity.

I really like Western Dental in Banning. Everyone is professional and thorough. I was treated with kindness and respect. I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist.

I would like to give a five star rating to Dr B at Western dental She was very professional and caring that will make anyone's experience memorable and it's super important at the end of the day God bless for all the support

Outstanding! Great customer service. Staff is friendly and professional.
Dr J is a wonderful doctor! He's knowledgeable you can tell on his first sentence when speaking to you. If you're getting dentures I recommend Western Dental in Banning.

Erika & Dr. Sam are amazing people and just as amazing worker's. I definitely recommend Western Dental if you want your teeth look great with great service.

As much as I'd like to have a bad word about this"Fast food"kind of dentistry? It's a well oiled fluid machine.
Listening to everyone be professional to one another and move almost seamlessly from patient to patient?
One time? I needed an emergency extraction. I was seen within a couple of hours.
I'd barely sat down before the young lady had the tooth extracted. Of course I asked her to marry me immediately after.....so yeah. Our local Western Dentistry is Da bomb......🤙

I had a wonderful experience here at the dentist office. Their employee were very attentive. Only is the wait time, but it is understandable.
Got my wisdom removed today and absolute job well. DR. Lee is one of best and his staff wonderful as well.
Dr Lin my cleaning dentist was absolutely amazing she had character, genuine kind, and very gentle with the teeth!
My 3rd time was fantastic.

Theyre always so amazing! So fast and helpful I brought my friend in with me so she could ask to add another brace cushion for her teeth they did it in 5 minutes and changed my wire and rubber and in another 10 or 15 last time and this tome they made sure I was comfy and numb and removed my whole tooth less than 30 minutes I was in awe

My server was phenomenal. Christina W it was a great help.

I had a 2 o'clock appointment for a root canal. I was treated on time and extremely courteous. When finished with that procedure Lori took care of a deep cleaning on the same side of my mouth. I'm scheduled for another root canal and deep cleaning on the other side of my mouth in 5 days.

I have had nothing but great service and a wonderful experience, with a great staff. 👍

Dr. Was excellent 👌👍 understood my pain took action let him know I get nervous when I see needled and assistant was great also it was very comforting and it was fast I thought he my dentist had more to do but he was done over all great job with the staff and my Dentist I just knew he was good I recommend my brother to see the same dentist I like the way he treated me,so I know my brother will be treated the same.
Had a dental appt today 12/1/23👍😄❤ I had teeth cleaning done fast and it wasn't to bad but I want to thank Dr Patel for a good experience and his assistant June for being patiently with me,I been threw so many Dentist office and was not satisfied I was always hurting,they did not give me the time to explain how much I been hurting that I got tramatize did not want to go any more to the Dentist,and I get nervous now as been in my old age,I know I shouldn't be like that but I found another way is to close my eyes and don't look at the equipment their using on me so I won't have to get nervous

I came here for a broken tooth and ended up getting all the dental work I needed done here. Very impressed with Cecelia, Dr. Laila, and (. ). They are kind, considerate, make sure you are not in pain, and do a great job. They also make sure you are happy with the work they do. Very impressed, and I will actually come back for my routine cleanings instead of avoiding the dentist (have had some negative experiences elsewhere, and was a bit of a dental avoider, which we all know is not great). The office staff has also been wonderful with calling for appointment reminders and rescheduling when I needed to do that. They accept Dental-Cal, Aetna, Delta Dental, and MediCal (among others), etc which has also been very helpful. Thanks Dr. Laila and Cecelia!!

My experience has been awesome! Dr.Sam on ortho is amazing always has a positive attitude, caring and makes you laugh. Also Nicky (Nicole) is my favorite person who has worked on my teeth. She makes you feel very comfortable and always so sweet and caring.. I’d definitely recommend coming here☺

I hate the dentist and going makes me feel so uncomfortable and as if it’s a chore. This is my 3rd visit to the same office which speaks volumes. I never make it past 2 visits. Dr Laila is amazing! Makes me feel welcome and has not made me feel guilty for not taking care of my teeth like I should. I suffer from anxiety and depression and the attitude she gives makes me feel like I could show my face here again and she always makes sure I’m okay and comfortable. Alyssa is also amazing. A little intimidating at first but she is just wonderful. I am glad I found them.

Every staff member was very courteous, very accommodating, and welcoming. Dr. Laila and was absolutely amazing. Thank you all for the good laughs we had, 😂😂😂😂 I will definitely be a reoccurring patient. Oh and I can smile again!! Thanks to Dr. Laila and staff!!

The entire staff from the front desk to Dr. Patel were extremely helpful and patient, they were able to explain exactly what was going on and why we were doing what had to be done. They were extremely patient and understanding when I had questions about my treatment, super fast and amazing staff!

I have much appreciation for this place the orthodontist is awesome and works magic on people. I’m starting to enjoy my smile more and more everyday! The general dentist is amazing as well she fixed my filling for me twice and she is kind and understanding. I love all the staff they are all so helpful with payment plans and they are all so kind as well! Thank you to all the staff at this building they have helped me to enjoy smiling for the first time in my life!
