I fractured a tooth on a Friday afternoon and needed to see a dentist asap. I was able to get an appointment at 9a on Saturday. Dr Lee advised an extraction of the fractured tooth and an implant. 11 days after the fracture, the implant is in and the bone is healing as I await the crown. Dr Lee did an amazing job with minimal discomfort. Also, Richard at the front office is very helpful. Great experience so far.

I would like to commend employee Richard J Gomez on his excellent customer service. I have never been attended by such a caring and knowledgeable professional. He made my dental experience a delight. I went in so scared and just a few minutes with Richard, I am happy to say, he made my visit very calming and very pleasant. This young man is a great asset to your office. It’s so hard to find caring professionals now a days. Thank you Richard & Western Dental. Looking forward to my next visit.

Once the crowd subsided, I was quickly helped by the staff. Everyone from the XRay techs, hygienists and the Doctor were knowledgeable, helped me easily navigate the process and quickly put me at ease. I’m happy and satisfied and have an appt in 5 days to start the treatment plan.

Some time when I go to my dentist it takes forever but when I see Rayna she make my mad go away she is so nice and kind so always make me feel comfortable and puts a smile on my face

Today was my third visit in a week and the team is amazing.
Dr Patel did a thorough and easy to understand job explaining the plan for my mouth based on my xrays and the options before she started. She has a very gentle touch while doing half of my mouths deep cleaning, plus 2 fillings and she even sang while she was working <3
Brenda at the front desk is super sweet and helped explain the financial part and find the best solution for all of the work I need/needed.
Today's visit was for 2 implants including sinus movement, bone grafts and an extraction. Dr. Aba explained today's procedure in detail before and kept walking me through what he was doing during the procedure. He checked to ensure I was ok and couldn't feel anything regularly. A+++ care for his patient!
His assistant Christian Lopez was spectacular!! He offered encouragement, made sure I was comfortable and he has a great seat side manner.
Thank goodness to a great dentist/team and local anastasia the whole process was as painless as possible.

Today again Roxanne showed that she is a make it happen and to go to person. I needed a procedure done which is pricey and I would have left the office with my wallet sealed but she worked a magic that I believe the office should be proud of knowing who I am. And Richard does have a good side after all and today he redeemed himself through attitude and customer service. Thanks both and thumbs 👍

Dr Lee and Dr Leon are outstanding! They went out of their way to save my tooth, even making a special appointment to see me for additional work required. Dr Lee did a perfect job on a root canal also which was a very difficult root (I was told by two endodontists). He and the entire team are the Best! They also were very accommodating with my anxiety. I will highly recommend them! God bless them too! ❤

Everyone in the office were so nice and the vibe in there was wonderful. We came in on a Saturday for an emergency appointment due to our son being hit in the mouth by a baseball during a high school game. From that first moment with Dr Lee the service and office workers have been amazing! Dr Lee is the best. He treated our son so nice and joked with him and made us as parents feel relief! Doctors like Dr Lee are hard to find and I hope he stays here so we can continue to be his patients. The office staff Devina, Cecibel, Reyna and Richard are AWESOME! They are the kindest people. They make you want to come back! This Palm Springs office is the BEST! I wish all Doctors offices were like them! Thank you all for being so kind...

I went in for a root canal and expected the worst but got the best. Everyone was super nice and patient. After being asked, I told Ms. Reyna and Dr. Li about how anxious I was about the procedure (as well as my low pain tolerance) and they led me through what they were going to do with my tooth. Throughout the entire process they were patient with me, they treated me with extreme caution and reminded me to remain relaxed. Overall, Dr. Li + Reyna are some of the best!

My dentist remembered me ,had compliments,very fast for wait time. Understanding as my ride was running late. The receptionist with pink hair and uniform was very welcoming from beginning and when she made my follow up appointments. Oh I liked the music . 80,s baby. Today Dr Leon and Rea took amazing care. They explained things thoroughly and explained reason behind wait time. Connected with me by remembering last visit and medical history as I have sjogrens. Happy bday to Rea. Super busy day . It's important to take build relationships with dental team . Smiles go long ways.

This five-star review is for hygienist Ria in particular. She was incredibly thorough, explained everything in detail, and was friendly and open to questions. I highly recommend you ask for Ria when going for a dental cleaning!

I must say, however, that the clinic in general needs to do better with getting patients in on time. Both times I have visited, there has been a wait, even though today I was the first appointment of the day. If I am able to make it on time for my early appointment, please don't make me wait. It's more understandable later in the day, once appointments get backed up.

This place has really gone threw an amazing change. The manager their deserves all the credit. She really takes pride in making this place a must go to. Everytime is see her i get happy because i know she will make sure everything goes well. The customer service the best along with doctors. Truly, u need to go and experience it yourself.
