Even though they couldn’t help me with the procedure that I needed to have done, they referred me out gave me the number instead of me having to go look for The type of specialist. From the time I set foot in the office till the time I left, everything had gone smoothly. The staff was very courteous.

Very compassionate and gentle when working on you. I had a broken tooth, when I called they booked me in within two days. Great office staff, the manager is a really wonderful lady.

They always take care of me and my daughter so well. We had no ok teeth before we walked in and they made our teeth better and getting better with them ❤❤❤❤

The front desk is very nice I was nervous and it went really smooth Janice is very gentle highly recommend this place had a great painless experience very happy and satisfied with results thank you so much.

Bravo is the best! I think what I love most is that they are honest and the dentists/staff are phenomenal. They don’t try to upsell you to do work that you don’t need done. The dr.’s are experienced, professional, and wonderful at what they do. For a small town, it’s amazing we have such high quality care here in Banning.

Honestly the best customer service I have ever received in a dental office. A nice lady by the name of Janneth assisted me during the visit, and may I say her professionalism was beyond the roof! She helped me with all my questions and concerns with a bright and amazing smile. She made everything so clear and smooth throughout the whole process. Definitely will be going back!

I found this place while I was standing in line at the DMV. I called and was told to come in later on in the week. Not typical in this area, doctors will usually tell you to come next month. I went in expecting to wait a long time, but they took me back pretty fast. All of the girls were nice. I hate going into a place where the staff is up tight, not the case at this office. I needed a few things done. The drilling was not felt because the doctor was good at giving shots. They also worked with my crazy truck driving schedule. Thank you guys for the good service.

Formerly Banning Family Dentistry, now under new management under Bravo Dental Group. Very satisfied with the services. Went for a checkup and cleaning, and I was very well explained of other conditions I had, which were taken care of in a couple more visits. My insurance was used so nothing out of pocket (which is a big plus). Definitely bringing the family as well.

I never liked going to the dentist till i went here , I felt really welcomed and comfortable . The person on front Janneth she was really kind, helpful and great personality, the dental assistant that did my cleaning was really nice and careful it didn't hurt a bit. Great Office.

Good service and very friendly people there

This office is Awesome. Every time I come here I am treated to a professional experience from Dr. D and his staff. The dental hygienist does a thorough job of making sure that my teeth are taken care of. Will be going back.

The best dental office I have ever been to. Dr.H takes his time explaining all of my treatment. The office itself is WONDERFUL! Great and friendly staff all around (hard to come by these days). Overall my experience at this office was and still is GREAT!

This place was recommended to me by my brother who recently had an implant done by Dr. Hawatmeh, he is the implant specialist at Bravo dental of banning. My brother went in for a consult and they answered all of his questions and concerns. The implant came out beautifully, you would've never guess he had a missing front tooth and the whole process was done so quickly and efficiently. The thought of getting an implant was very intimidating but seeing the results first hand, I am excited to go in for my own consult with the Dr. Hawatmeh.

Ok this visit was so much better and i loved it they took such good care of me and i couldnt have asked to be at any other dentist office, i didnt remember to eat before i got the numbing shot and and i felt sick and got really hot, and this lady treated me so nicely and she was so darn sweet.. my last time wasnt so good but every place has there flaws but i love this place and the lovely assistance! Dont remember her name but she was so sweet and caring! And she knew exactly what was wrong me and how to fix it. Awesome visit but still scared of the dentist cause im a weenie anyways.

Very great customer service all staff and doctors very professional, very clean office and bilingual staff. Doctor explained to me carefully what I needed and treated my concern.
