FFT Cabinetry

When it comes to cabinetry design, listening to the client and doing word for word what they ask for isn't enough for Jeff. He's able to understand what we were looking for and build on that using his experience to make the end result better than we had envisioned.

As a builder myself I know different clients require different levels of attention and planning in order to provide the best result. Working with Jeff I knew I could trust his judgement so we gave him a bit of leeway in the design and installation because we knew he had our best interests in mind. This turned out to be great because it really allowed Jeff to build on our style to make it something better than we could have envisioned.

Another thing you look for as a builder are sub-contractors who understand that they're working with you for the overall project and not just what their scope might be on the job site. Jeff understands this and was available for adjustments and callbacks to help facilitate things out of his control in order for the project to continue efficiently.

Jeff and Caitlin were amazing to work with. I have seen Jeffs work plenty of times and knew I couldn't trust anyone else with our kitchen remodel. Jeff not only designed our entire kitchen but added some nice touches that we never would have thought of. He even handmade the supports for our butcher block top on the island!! He also recommended some great floating shelves that he took the time to stain the same color as our butcher block counter top! We would highly recommend them!

Water damage rushed us into a remodel we hadn't planned for and the FFT team was incredible throughout designing our new kitchen.

Worst contractor in Wilmington. Had them install a new kitchen. Spent hours trying to get Jeff to respond. Once I did he had multiple excuses. In a year long project They were the last to complete the job. Now after a year they don’t respond to service requests. Their is nothing positive I can say about them.
