Came thru quickly. My daughter was involved in an accident on a local busy highway. Police called and JJs was there fast. He saw my upset kid and was so kind to her. Told her to focus on taking care of herself and that he'd take care of the car. Later we needed to get personal belongings from the car and he got us access quickly. Kind guy when we needed help. Definitely recommend.

Wow! Great service from JJ's after hitting a deer on I90. They picked up my car in about 20 minutes, and were very helpful in helping me get it to an autobody shop for estimates. Friendly, courteous, and above all - happy to help. Thanks to JJ's!!

John from jj towing is a life saver ! In the middle of the night on our 2200 mile trip from California we slid out coming off the freeway into a snow wall. Rendered us helpless at 3am in a snow hope. No one would come to help and on are 4th placed called he answered and jumped out of bed to come help! He pulled up and took action gettin us back on the road and able to finish are trip! Thank you for being above and beyond.

My company 3/4 ton needed to be towed late at night after it broke down. Jon arrived quickly and had me hooked up and on the road in great time. He gave me a ride to my backup on the way to the dealership. He was very professional and also a cautious and safe driver which was very appreciated !! I would absolutely recommend JJs Towing.

I just think the people should know about a golden ticket we have here in Lacrosse for towing needs J J TOWING IS 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ company. Long story short my suv I've owned 6 weeks transmission completely blew out. Well along come the knight and shining armor in getting my no pos home one house away mind you and that is J J TOWING. John was here took great car of me my suv and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them for all your towing needs. Absolutely recommend! My daughters car died and she tried for quite a while to get it started again. We called JJ’s for a tow. I paid him over the phone since I was at work and well, my daughter is a nursing student. By the time he got there, which was about 1/2 an hour later, the car had started for her. He then called me to see what we should do. She made the decision to drive it home with my mom following her. He then told me the charge would still be $65 since they had come out and I was to call that afternoon and he would reimburse the rest. I forgot to call and called the next morning and had reimbursed the WHOLE THING! I have a feeling if we keep the car, we will be needing a tow again. So I will be calling JJ’s in the future! Very kind people!!

A friend and I helped a man who’s car broke down on the highway with two small children. He was very worried about his car and what he was going to to about it. We told him that we would pay to have his car towed to a shop to help him out. We called J and J’s who arrived very quickly to the rescue and then saw our desire to help out this man. Having great compassion he offered to tow the man’s car for a lower rate. I’d highly recommend their kind and professional services!

My vehicle's frame was rusted pretty bad, the shop said it wasn't worth the money to get it fixed. Called JJ's to get it hauled away, after calling several other online businesses with no luck, and was able to schedule same day pickup. Signed it over and everything was done in less than 5 minutes! Highly recommend for quick and convenient vehicle removal!

JJ towing is a great business my daughter had broke down on the interstate called a few other companies who could not do it he arrived very quickly got the car up and ready treated myself and daughter great and professionally gave us a great price on the tow and got my daughter home safely so grateful for JJ Thanks again I highly recommend if you need a tow that will treat you right

I had to have my vehicle towed to the repair shop from my house. They were prompt, polite reasonably priced. Will definitely be my top choice shall I ever need to be towed again.

When I called JJ's Towing, I had already been waiting for 3 hours for a AAA tow truck that never showed up or even called to say they were not coming, I was a wreck. When John answered my call, he was polite and helpful right away. With my vague description, he knew the area I was broke down and got there 35 minutes after I called him! When John arrived, he was comforting and got my truck loaded very quickly. His customer service, knowledge, and compassion were worth every penny! I will recommend his company to everyone I know.

JJ is such a wonderful guy! He really saved the day, which from reading the other reviews, seems like his norm.
He went above and beyond and first made sure that our two little ones we secure and safe before doing anything else, which really meant the world in a stressful situation. He's incredibly courteous and professional. Thank you again JJ!

I was involved in an accident on I90, JJ's Towing came to the scene and loaded up my vehicle. Very quick and courteous service. They were able to explain steps I needed to take for my insurance claim. They also helped clean my vehicle out after their business hours. Showed genuine concern for my safety/wellbeing following the accident.

I got a call from my wife saying she got her van stuck in the sand so I called the best towing company in my area. JJ got to her quick and got her out and on her way. Very nice guy and easy to deal with. They don't give enough star ratings should be 10.

The phrase "rain or shine" should be part of their description. JJ's came out to rescue my vehicle, after hitting a deer, in the rain, they worked to get it off the interstate and back home. They were very very VERY helpful in providing options to get it possibly covered through different loan coverages as I had just bought it and had yet to get my insurance on (lesson learned). They also gave me names of places to get parts if I decide to dive in to fix it. The company of them was great on the ride home too, it wasn't that awkward silence or "ride of shame" after. I am very appreciative of the men that came out to tow in the rain and didn't complain once about the weather. They were quick to the site as well as answering the phone. PLUS after calling around they are way more fair priced then all the other company's I called. 30/10 recommend JJ's towing!

Knowledgable, quick, and friendly service. Came to Winona late at night to tow my car, which wouldn't shift out of park, to the dealer. He tried to troubleshoot the problem prior to towing, which was unexpected but much appreciated. I've never experienced a tow before, but I felt at ease trusting JJ's with the job. Would highly recommend!

Highly, highly recommend!! I would give 10 stars if I was able! My cat got outside and climbed up inside the engine area of my car. He got there quickly and jumped right in to help. He was very reassuring, kind, and worked really hard to help us get him out. I will be calling for anything else I need in the future!

Had a car that wouldn’t start. Progressive, who we have insurance through, wanted over $90. I made some calls and another towing business recommended JJ’s. They answered promptly, gave a great price, let me know what time to expect them, and even gave me some advice on what could possibly be influencing said problem. I tipped them and would definitely recommend them for towing!

Had a flat tire and they came very quick to help tow it. He was very friendly and helpful. Good price.
