Pizza Hut

We were staying at the Home 2 Suites in Kalamazoo, MI and ordered Pizza Hut. The gentleman who answered and took our order, Patrick, was so very nice and helpful. We're from out of town and didn't know if we could even get it delivered to us, but when we told him where we were staying, he said he would make sure it would be delivered. Our pizza was delivered from the location at 1930 W. Main Street and, the pizza was fantastic as well. Thank you so much!!!!!

The cashier was super friendly! I got my pizza in about 15 minutes which was really good considering most pizza huts have an average wait time of 30min.

This location is awesome! I can safely say that they have never messed our order up. Very happy with the service from this location. Wish I would have gotten my delivery drivers name tonight, 6/23/20 7pm, but he was ON POINT. Our other usual driver Danielle is amazing as well. Could not be happier, keep killing it over there!

I have had a few orders that have been hurried, something, forgotten, or not correct but it happens sometimes and I rarely ever complain. The reason I don't complain is they are the only place I order from 1. If I put a note they always call to make sure they understand and have it right. 2 I don't care when I order it never takes more than 45 minutes I have never had to wait for my food. 3 When I come pick it up the employees are always pleasant and polite.

Employees are always friendly and have my order ready when promised. Service with a smile when I arrive to pick up my order. Friendly atmosphere and clean store.

So far, so good! First time customer because I saw a 50% of online order, so thought I'd give it a try. I had a complicated order, half this and that, and "Ash" was super helpful showing me how to navigate online, and even though there wasn't enough space to spell out the half this and that online, she made sure it was right and even showed me the pizza, so I could verify all was good, before putting it in the oven. Really great customer service! Hoping the pizza tastes equally as great! :)

The delivery driver was so kind and courteous. I had scheduled the delivery to arrive after my work shift. It did come early but was no big. The driver was kind enough to leave it outside of my door for me to grab when I had a chance to step away from my computer.

Peperoni with bacon and top it with some hot honey.

I rarely post reviews of places but this location had exceptionally nice staff who ensured I was satisfied with my order. Staff went above and beyond for my satisfaction and now I'm returning the favor by leaving a great review. I've visited many pizza huts who always have friendly staff, but this place surprised me.

Sometimes you just crave pizza hut and this location didn't disappoint. It actually never disappoints, well, at least not at lunch when I go. The guy that works there has been a beast during the entire pandemic. They are hiring by the way.

Got a couple of carry out pizzas which I ordered online. Saved money with someone online only deals, and the pizza was ready within the time frame given (only 15 minutes). When I picked it up the guy working the register was incredibly cheerful and friendly, and my pizza was hot and delicious!

Some of these other reviews make me laugh. Like the guy claiming he got a medium stuffed crust when he ordered a large. Pizza Hut doesn't carry medium stuffeds, trust me, I've asked. Oh and the woman complaining that someone mentioned that they close in 10 minutes, I think it's rude you'd order that close to closing time. Sure, every store has some bad apples and every one has bad days but Patrick and his crew are always quick to fix a problem and make sure the customers who show them respect are well taken care of. Top notch service!

Everything needs to be gone come have fun

They are always courteous. As a neighbor they are clean and they provide young adults with needed jobs. I have also seen them go to crazy lengths to stay open and delivering during blizzards. For a chain restaurant, they act with the attention to detail usually only seen with seen with smaller, locally owned businesses.

Never had a problem with these guys and the food is always hot and fresh when I received it.

I only deliver through doordash while visiting here but when I do it's always a pleasant experience and the employees are all nice and quick

Staff here is very helpful and efficient. They were busy but dang they were friendly.
