I worked with Heather from Wildman Chalmers on a new build. Heather took my vision of a minimalist, contemporary design and stretched it in ways I could have never imagined. She added creative, tiny details, countless times, which in the end created my dream home.

She has meticulous attention to detail and expects and commands high quality work from all contractors and subcontractors. Heather has an expansive architectural knowledge base—from zoning, structure, framing, masonry, electric, etc– the whole gamut. She always referenced industry standards on the spot, and in the rare instance that she wouldn’t know something, she would research and provide a timely response.

In addition to this, Heather had endless suggestions and resources for the fun stuff— interior details, such as lighting, tile, rugs, furniture. She has a creative, brilliant mind and impeccable, sophisticated style. I am forever grateful for my opportunity to work with Wildman Chalmers.

In addition, Chad personally helped us reconfigure our kitchen design for our basement apartment, making a small space much more functional, useful and open. He also spotted a major measuring error (made by another architect) which again saved us potentially thousands of dollars on our project.
