He is experienced, knowledgeable and the team, lead by John, is very professional in the execution of the work that was completed on time as promised! I had a very good experience with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. From the moment I walked into the showroom to look around, I liked Charlie immediately. He was friendly, and a super good listener. He put me at ease right away. Then the free estimate followed which was very thorough and confidence giving about their ability to do my job and provide good ideas. My project was a full bathroom renovation, converting a tub to a walk-in shower plus new vanity, toilet, tiles, flooring, paint, heat fan, everything. It was easy to say yes to the proposal. Then Jon took over as the project manager. He came every day, and was an excellent communicator, which is important to me. I felt informed about the sequencing of the job and what to expect from day to day. The guys who came to work were well skilled and did great clean up at the end of each work day - also important. I am super happy with my new bathroom, and have no hesitation to recommend Charlie, Jon and their crew.

Bull Run’s estimate came at a reasonable price for very nice designs and materials. I am delighted to have selected them to renovate 3 bathrooms in my home. They went above and beyond my expectation. The renovation took more time than anticipated because of some delays with city permits, but the end result is just beautiful. The team that worked at my place was very respectful and kind. We LOVE our kitchen, and Charlie and John were the best team to work with. Charlie was so thoughtful in every aspect of the design, helping us take advantage of every inch of our space. He designed a beautiful space for us, including some specific design elements we wanted. John was incredibly attentive and responsive to all of our needs, and managed the project with a close eye for detail. The project started AND finished on time, which in this industry, is almost unheard of. And since it's completion, John continues to quickly respond to any questions or issues (small and few) that have come up. We will most definitely use them again for our upcoming bathroom upgrades. If it is important to you, which it is to me, they are both incredibly kind and thoughtful people.

After doing a beautiful job in my kitchen a year ago, they just completely gutted and remodeled my bathroom this year. The job was involved extensive demolition and moving of many pipes and conduits as well as walls. From design to installation, Charlie and John again came through as an excellent team to work with. I highly recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. They did outstanding work on our bathroom renovation, which involved a total demolition and turning a tub into a shower. From their expertise in creating a beautiful design to their superb craftsmanship, they were exemplary. We live in a building built in 1929, and the bathroom had undergone two prior sub-par renovations, making it a difficult renovation with layers of old tile that needed to be removed. In their hands, everything went smoothly without delays.

We made some changes mid-way through, and Bull Run went above and beyond to be accommodating. The project included some complicated electrical work, since we needed a separate electrical line for a towel warmer, and this was expertly done—as was everything else. Bull Run took care of every detail, including getting the permits and arranging the final inspection. We were also impressed by how neat they were, especially when it came to confining the demolition debris and making sure no dust was left behind when they left each day.

My husband and I are thrilled with our stunning new bathroom, and we’re very grateful to Bull Run—especially Charlie and John—for their beautiful work.

I would not have thought I could make up my mind with the kitchen design this year, but Charlie is a talented designer and he is kind and very patient. He came up with a proposal and 3D images that were better than we expected. I never felt pressured to sign a contract despite all the efforts spent at the design stage, and was encouraged to take my time when i felt undecisive. After several iterations and months working together on the design, I felt fully confident that I would be happy about what the kitchen would look like.

Oscar was our project manager and he was equally kind and patient! We also like that he communicated everything to us throughout the whole process.

Overall, we had a great experience and the final product exceeded our expectations. We got our dream kitchen and it definitely changes the home, in a good way!

Bathroom fully remodeled. Bull Run is absolutely fantastic. Charlie helped us choose every item and provided excellent guidance. All the workers were extremely talented & respectful. Cleaned up every night. John, as the foreman was on top of everything and resolved any issues promptly. The whole job was completed as promised on time and looks beautiful.
