Even after a year, our new Signature kitchen-dining room is a pleasure to wake up to. Light reflecting cabinets with deep drawer storage. Space to hold a trove of cookbooks and all the cookware I need. A massive, well-lit island that we never get tired of strolling around. Quality touches that were never discussed but simply there to discover, one after the other. All of it came together with great planning and design, not to mention solid, dedicated workmanship by the Signature team. We love our kitchen and love Signature for giving us the space to cook up a storm.

The SKAB team took an ugly and chaotic utility space and made it into a bright and cheery laundry room. More importantly the design was highly functional and efficient. They solved a number of difficult plumbing issues, used quality materials, and stayed on budget. I now smile while doing laundry.

From day one of our kitchen remodel project, the team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Gary, Maurico, and Hamid proved to me that they actually cared about the end product and took pride in their work. Their attention to detail was incredible and was very evident in the end product. If you are looking for a firm that produces a high-quality product, Signature is for you.

Signature transformed two and half 1970s bathrooms into beautiful, high functioning bathrooms. The staff was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend Signature.

Wow, after driving all over the DC area last weekend, we finally found the right showroom to help us with our kitchen project. The Signature Kitchens showroom is first rate and the design staff very helpful and knowledgable.
So after spending all day wasting our time with others, we had more accomplished in two hours than all previous attempts in interviewing a design/build firm.
We are well on our way to our new kitchen and thank the folks there for making the process easy and fun.
We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do an interior remodel- especially a kitchen or bath!

We've dealt with Signature twice in three years, with excellent results both times. First was a major kitchen/family room remodel -- cabinets, countertops, bookshelves, backsplash, appliances, electrical. Their designer/estimator was prompt, helpful, creative and accurate in his design. The final contract was specific, understandable and covered every element of the project. Work commenced on the promised date and largely concluded six weeks later -- on the promised conclusion date. All that remained at that point was a small punch list of items, which were all handled within a week. Far from the typical remodel horror story, this was great work, delivered on time and on budget, and completed professionally by friendly carpenters and electricians. We would do business with them again.

In fact, we did! two years later we hired Signature to extend our rear deck to accommodate a hot tub installation. Again: prompt and professional with their design and estimate, on-time with project start and finish, a high level of competency. They even came back a year later to show how the decking opened out for a tub maintenance call. These guys are great!

Signature Kitchens and Bath did an outstanding job on my new kitchen! The design and construction staff were professional and timely in their responses to our questions throughout the process and kept the construction site well maintained during our renovation. Would use them again for any future needs.

Gary and his team did a great job re-designing, constructing and finishing the kitchen, mud room and half bath. His team worked very hard to stay within budget and meet the deadline. Our home layout is designed in such a way that when you come in the front door you come down a short hallway, right in the kitchen. The new kitchen looked wonderful but the old hallway wall paper had to go. I asked Gary to come back, remove the wallpaper and paint. He completed that task at a reasonable price, within time and just before a planned dinner party.

Signature helped me remodel my bathroom to make it more wheelchair accessible. I couldn't be happier with the results, and with the experience. From the beginning, they were extremely attentive to my unique needs and worked with me to make sure everything was perfect. This was a difficult project, with a lot of requirements and requests that were difficult to coordinate, but they made it seem easy. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The project was completed exactly on time and on budget, and everyone was a pleasure to work with. The finished project is beautiful and extremely functional. I highly recommend Roz and Gary.

We have worked with Signature Kitchens Additions and Baths for 4 years. We have completed six different projects with them. The staff is great to work with and the owner offered unique insights into each project. When we are ready for our next project Signature Kitchens will be the company to complete it. We are completely satisfied.

The project started with our 30 year old kitchen that was in need of a complete makeover.
We are extremely pleased with the entire project and more importantly the end product. We remodeled our kitchen when we moved in 30 years ago. To find a contractor we visited various showrooms, looked on Angie's List, and contacted companies. It was extremely frustrating as no one gave us a real sense of satisfaction until in early February we stopped by Signature's showroom and spoke with Hamid Fadakar. At that point we knew we had found what we were looking for with a contractor.
Our project included demolition of the entire kitchen to include ceiling and removal of the existing ceramic tile floor. We also opened up a wall that existed between our kitchen and den. Besides putting down new ceramic flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, and foyer, we also put down new wood flooring in the den, living room and dining room where we had carpeting. Our initial meeting with Hamid was on February 18th. By the time we got thru design, permits pulled and getting on the schedule, work began on May 4th. With all the usual things that go on to include County inspections, we finished June 20th when the hardwood flooring was completed. It seems like a long time but the time went fast. We were fortunate we were able to live out of our basement for the duration of the project.
The positives:
-It was extremely enjoyable to work with Hamid. He was a true professional who knew his job and asked a lot of questions of what we wanted to get things designed into a final product.
-Gary Case has a tremendous crew who do the work. They are his employees and not sub-contractors. They are craftsman at what they do in both the design work by Hamid but also on-site. If there was ever a question on what was going on, they were only a phone call away.
-Their main onsite three man crew who were there for the entire project, were excellent. They were there on time, did the work, and cleaned up every day. They are extremely detailed orientated to ensure every is done to the specifications. They handled all the demolition, HVAC rerouting, plumbing, and cabinet installation except for the electrical and hardwood flooring.
- They were always very responsive to all requests.
- SKAB did use sub-contractors for the electrical, countertops, and hardwood flooring. All were excellent. We did have to run 5 new circuits from the breaker panel in the garage to the kitchen thru the basement which was no small task. The countertop installer came with a laser device to measure for counter tops once the cabinets were set. All the counter tops fit perfectly. The flooring installers also did a great job and although adding additional costs to the original budget it was well worth the money we spent.
-SKAB does not cut corners. They did everything perfectly and professionally.
-SKAB got all the necessary permits from the County and everything is inspected to meet current code requirements.
-SKAB has a wide variety of materials available to choose from. The quality of the cabinetry we chose for the kitchen is of excellent quality and construction. If there something special you want to use, it can be done. As with everything else, you pay for what you get. When we started with the project, we knew that this was going cost money and since we were going to have to look at it and use it every day, we were going to make sure it was what we wanted.
-We did change orders, all of which were executed without a problem. We, however, did stay within our estimated budget that we had before we started the project.
Words of Wisdom -- all the time and effort you put in with Hamid to get the design done correctly will be worth it during the construction to ensure the end product is what you want. The kitchen is now more functional and we have even more storage space.
Overall we will give Signature Kitchens and Bath an A+++ for their work. We are thoroughly pleased with the work and the price we paid. I would have no problem going back to them to have additional work

We had a very positive experience from design to finish with installation of an ADA compatible master bath and attractive built-ins for closets. The bath really does not look ADA at all -just bright and sleek-and over a year later everything is in fine working order and looks good. Joe did a good job with aesthetic choices that didn't blow our budget. And very nice work crew.

Signature Kitchens and Baths is almost finished with two complete bathroom renovations and a redo of our flagstone walkway in our home. The designers, project manager and the builders themselves have done wonderful job assisting us with coming up with and carrying out a high level complete remake and modernization of our small circa 1972 bathrooms in our contemporary home. Selection of materials in accord with our taste and our desire to maximize the space was carried out with comfort and patience. The numerous staff members we collaborated with on this major project have been careful to carry out their jobs in a professional and capable manner, and to maintain communication in a timely and effective manner for major and minor details, scheduling of workers and the sequence of construction. . In addition to the typical projects expected for a bathroom reno, we have also had the ceiling raised, and a skylight installed. We look forward to enjoying our beautiful bathrooms for many years to come.

Signature offers a real team approach from the owner/manager to the showroom staff to the installers. Each step of the way they offered support and suggestions coupled with follow-through. Then the installers were the icing on the cake. They arrived exactly on time and worked nonstop to complete the installation. I even gave them bottled water and they only took a sip as if taking more interfered with their task of perfection. Its so easy to complain and criticize, yet we often don't take the time to say thanks for a job well done. I did not want to be guilty of not saying thanks! David - Rockville, MD

Have worked with Signature Kitchen and Bath earlier this year, it was great we received clear options and Ideas to improve things. The insight received was very helpful. Everything turned out great. even if you looked elsewhere stop in and talk to these folks, you may do yourself a favor.

Signature gutted our kitchen and remodeled it. Workmanship is excellent, and they treated us as if we were spending a million! Would hire them again.

Roz was super helpful and knowledgeable. She was involved from the beginning all the way through installation. She always answered my emails, calls and text messages.

Fair amount of items packed in a small show room. Only a single sales person on Saturday so we walked around and looked by our selves. (sales person was busy with someone else). Good selection of items.

After a wait the sales person presented options and tradeoffs. Was busy so was multitasking while talking to us.
