Wow! I never had a complaint about them before but whoever I spoke to on the phone today was extremely rude. He spoke to me with a very condescending tone when I asked for help getting a hold of my prescriber. He said "I can't go down to her office for you.", which is not at all what I was asking him to do. Then he hung up on me. Terrible customer service!!

Very unprofessional need to call corporate asked to get a copy of phizer vaccines and they denied and said no to many people losing them !! They cannot withhold that from you even if we had to pay for that piece of paper we would very upset and disappointed oh by the way it's the walgreens in weslaco 😡 needed it to get my daughter her booster

Been to this location and they never write down the info on med need to find out from dr how to give the med to my kid this people need to do the work 100% and when call to get info they get mad need better workers

The staff is absolutely horrible and the staff is incompetent. Just plain rude

Poor cashiers have very nasty attitudes. They should fix that.
