Capital One Café

Leaving the mall and wanted a little nosh that wasn't the food court. Capital One Cafe is so attractive looking, clean, each table has charging pad, couch seating, spacious, private meeting rooms AND delicious Verve Coffee. The cookie was quite tasty too. A win win!

I was able to get help right away regarding my credit card issue. This was so easy and helpful. Great place to hang out too. Coffee, food, a place to plug in, ATM, clean table and soft music so it is easy to work here. Great experience all around.
Update...Lisa was so helpful assisting me in opening a new 360 checking account. She went over all of the perks and how to use it. I highly recommend this account and like me if you feel better making any adjustments to your account, go to a Cafe to get all the assistance you need. This is the only Capital One Cafe in Phoenix. I was looking for a place to wire transfer and was lucky that they are open all day on Saturday.
Great customer service l, treated us with free drinks from Peet’s Coffee. They helped us to initiate wire transfer in minutes without any issues.

Absolutely amazing, I love Capital One Cafe the energy of the employees and the dynamic design of the Cafe is so relaxing. Angel and Kalaysia are really kind and helpful. Love this Cafe. The staff at the cafe and the employees who are there to answer any questions and help have amazing customer service. I have been coming here nearly every day and witness incredible customer care. Yesterday I was notified that my Capitol One card was compromised and therefore could not use it until a new card came and they were disputing like ten fraudulent charges. I still came and used another card. The Barista asked me (as I am a regular) "Not using your capitol one?" I replied "No it has been compromised and I am waiting for my new card to arrive." I did not care that I did not get a 50% discount off the coffee as it is GOOD coffee and food. The banker who works here overheard the conversation and approached me and gave me a free coffee card and apologized regarding my situation. He did not have to do that but he did. Excellent customer service.

Super friendly and chill staff. One of the Cafe Ambassadors, Felix, was really welcoming and nice. Great spot if you just want to chill and have a small bit to eat or coffee. They have these really neat private nooks and open spaces to relax, read, chat, or just enjoy food/drink. Looking forward to visiting the one back home in Detroit.

I’ve never seen this store before. This place was definitely worth it especially being a Capital One card holder for the 50% off coffee products. The male barista made the drinks exactly how we wanted them and was very courteous.

STAY AWAY FROM THE FOOD COURT! This little shop is right around the corner, almost never had lines, and is a really cool concept.

I don’t have a capital One card, but after spending 10 minutes in there (recovering from the mall stress) I was tempted to get one.

It's a wonderful place to work; they even have cozy private rooms for working. This is my favorite spot in Scottsdale for work 💻. The staff is fantastic, and I can't get enough of their food and coffee. I just love this environment 💯

First time visitor to the capital one cafe. I was there to make a deposit into atm and having some issues with machine. Adrian at the cafe asked if he could be of help? Then showed me the inside of the cafe where more machines were located and a tour of the cafe. Very impressive. He also offered me a drink on the house because of the issue I had with atm. Remarkable customer service, including from the guy who waited on me at coffee bar. This is why I enjoy banking with capital one. The nicest people. Thank you

I am a new customer and I had many questions about my card. I didn't know that Capital One had this bank/café concept and it's incredible! Adrian solved all my doubts and showed me all the benefits of my account. The best service he has had in a long time in a bank from an executive. The coffee, the food and the baristas are amazing. If you come to the Scottdale location ask for Adrian!

It's not too busy on a Friday morning.
Staff were friendly and asked if I needed help after they saw me at the ATM machine. Easy to deposit/withdraw cash from a couple ATMs here.

It looks like there are staff on standby if you need banking assistance, but nothing too formal. It's funny when people complain about not getting a cashiers check, etc...when they signed up for "online banking." Capital One 360 is not for you if you need full features that other national banks offer.

I just want to give a shout-out to an employee here, I didn’t catch his name (tall & dark hair) but I had the best encounter with him today! I was there for a meeting and he went above and beyond, went completely out of the way to ensure I made my meeting on time and even hyped me up for it. Truly amazed by this kind man! I appreciated his help so much.
