Josh has done a variety of projects at our house including painting, backsplash install, hanging slab doors, and some light HVAC maintenance. He was the only contractor in the area I could find who actually responded, could provide the service he said he would, and was available. He even went out of his way to squeeze in a rushed project the first time I reached out to him. Prices are all very reasonable and he's a hard worker. Photos of door installs and room painting below. Josh Fravel and his team completed a full remodel of our 1977 mobile home that we will be using as a camp on our mountain property. The exterior work included installing a new shingle roof, new windows, and new porch steps. The interior work included replacing the old ceiling and walls with drywall, installing new subflooring and vinyl plank flooring, and installing trim around the windows. They replaced the plumbing, installed a new hot water heater, and installed new electric service and a new breaker box. They installed kitchen cabinets, shower, other kitchen and bathroom fixtures, and other additional items. Their work in all of these different areas was excellent, and the pricing was very fair for a project of this size.

They remained dedicated to our project through issues getting necessary materials and other unavoidable issues, adapting well to keep the project moving. They provided us with many ideas to help us get the look and functionality that we wanted in our camp. We are very satisfied with the end result and are looking forward to spending time with family in our camp. Josh and his team were great to work with, and we will certainly contact them when there is other work that needs to be done in the future.

Josh and his crew were fantastic. They repaired and stained my deck and installed outdoor hose faucets. They were clean, prompt, the quality of the work is excellent, and Josh is extremely responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend and will use their services in the future.

We got a brand new modular and when it comes to your money and people doing the work it can be stressful and make you worry about how everything is going to turn out. I contacted Josh shortly after closing on a new home as I needed some cosmetic work done. I chose his company mainly due to the high ratings. Josh did amazing work while sticking to his stated timeline and my requested budget limits. I plan on using his services again later this year for a few other projects.
