FUJI RAMEN

Had a little difficulty finding the right door but once we did we were inside a bright and welcoming dining establishment. It was a little sparse of decor but that's not a big deal. I appreciated the option of ordering thru a QR code menu or with the staff.

I got the Peach Sparkling drink with Strawberry pearls, my bf got the Melon with Strawberry pearls- the drinks were OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS. We are absolutely coming back just for some boba!

I got the Shoyu Ramen Combo w/ a pork bun, my bf got the Tantan Ramen Combo w/ a pork bun - the charsiu had a very clean smoky pork flavor, almost like bbq. The Shoyu broth was delicious, and not overly salty like some places. The vegetables were crisp and fresh.
I tasted the Tantan and it was SO GOOD. Didn't explode your palette with spice, and packed a flavorful punch.

I'm very excited to try the Poké Bowls next time!

I loved it.
You order right from your phone . I find that to be pretty awesome. The food came out really quick. It was delicious! You can add or remove anything in your bowl when you are ordering. I recommend this place for some awesome ramen . I want to try some other things on the menu when I come back next time!

Giving Fuji Ramen, Pittston a five-star for the area. We're ramen enthusiasts and have had ramen from Hawaii to PA. Compared to several ramen bowls we've tried locally, including Dickson City, this one is the best. If you're not a fan of fishy flavor, ask them to skip the seaweed chip. The soft-boiled egg is marinated. The Gyoza is awesome -love the dipping sauce!

I had the tonkatsu ramen with the spicy sauce. The pork was the best and the broth was heaven. I drank the whole thing. my husband had the takoyaki, the octopus balls. It was really nice because they were so generous with the shaved bonito. It’s really nice to have something like this in pittston. I’m so happy they opened up. And it was so great to be with them on opening on day.

Dining area was clean and well lit. The staff was helpful and friendly. Sampled a variety of dishes from the menu and they were all delicious. Highly recommend 👌

Whoever leaves bad reviews just don’t have a taste for good ramen. The host was super sweet and the brown sugar moo moo is to DIE for. My favorite drink in NEPA! I got the miso ramen and let me tell you I wanted to chug the broth after. Everyone was super nice. And it is C L E A N. The water glasses were super clean and they were incredibly kind. Excited to come here again and again!

The Ramen is fantastic. The best part is all of these Fuji restaurants were started here in NEPA in the Pittston area. Despite being a ramen shop their poke bowls from their sushi restaurant background is the best part in my opinion.

I took my 4 daughters here on a Sunday afternoon my youngest was having trouble eating because it was a big bowl and noodles were too long. April the server noticed she was sad and offers to cut the noodles and put into a smaller bowl. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this place for the service and the food was top notch. Everything was perfect thank you April and the rest of the crew for making a day out with the kids a great and special experience.

I came again and the food was delicious. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen combo, and the pork was cooked to perfection and the soup tasted so-so fresh. The pork bun also was soo fluffy and the pork was also very good. I ordered the classic milk tea and they made it to perfection. I could taste the milky flavor and the tea was not bitter at all. The service was amazing and the place felt super comfortable and was so clean. Best experience.

I’ve loved everything I’ve ordered from here. I was a little intrigued by the egg the first time I got it, but when I tried it I realized it was pickled in some kind of soy sauce with an delicious umami flavor and since then I always order extra eggs with my ramen!

The food is absolutely delicious. I get the Tonkatsu ramen with the spicy sauce. It is the most comforting bowl of soup I've ever had. They recently introduced combos so you get more for your money which I appreciate because the ramen can get expensive on its own. That said, the staff are so sweet and they remember their regulars. I would highly recommend it, especially if you like your ramen spicy

Nice selection of healthy food in a clean bright setting.
Portions are average size.
Green tea is kind of steep at $3.50 a cup.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Very attentive and kind.

Glad to see more diverse food in the area. Used to travel to philly for boba and ramen, now we have it locally and everything is so delicious and cheap! My favorite was the Taro Milk Tea and I loooved the pork buns!

Best place in Pittston to eat. Best Ramen in Luzerne county!!

It was delicious when we had it. Even my 3 year old loved it.
