Josh was not only courteous but he really went above and beyond to make sure we had my husband's phone ready and fixed the same day. He ensured he had the parts in stock and was very knowledgeable about the issues the phone was having. Not only did the front screen go black, the phone wouldn't open properly, the camera lens was messed up, the charging port was also messed up and the phone would shut down when closing it. He fixed all of those problems in a matter of hours. When I was having issues with the claim only giving me the option to ship the phone or get a replacement I called my amazing Asurion insurance and they were able to switch the option and send the claim straight to the store. I would really recommend this store. Thanks Josh again! The phone looks brand new.

They fixed my laptop. They put new screen savers on our two phones. They were very knowledgeable and speedy.

I would recommend taking your electronics to them for repair, cleanings and software updates.

Came with a problem in the settings of my iPad. The service was very fast, the guy easily fixed the problem, explained why it happened, gave some advice and did not charge for the service. It is surprisingly nice to meet such a service in our time. I wish them good luck in the prosperity of their business!

We had an iPhone that was no longer charging so we took it in to the store. Toby was extremely helpful and polite. He was able to do a cleaning service and within 10 minutes we were leaving with a working phone that charged again. Definitely recommended!

Great experience at this location! got my pixel 8 screen replaced for free under warranty. no hassling me into buying a phone case or anything. Only took about 2 hours as well!

Broken phone screen repaired in 3 hours. It's pricey if do not have insurance on your phone. Rep was great, personable, walked me through the steps and suggested preventative methods. Would recommend use.

I went in expecting the worst with my MacBook Air but Toby was helpful and got the issue fixed in less then 10 minutes with extra care to make sure not only the computer issue was resolved but also my charger. Highly recommend and will be back!

When I was faced with a chipped glass screen protector, I went to my phone carrier and was told they didn’t have any. I was very upset and was concerned that my phone would have problems. I decided to go to “ubreakifix” at 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE. I was fortunate to be greeted by Tobyn H. He immediately calmed my fears, told me that he had the screen I needed and told me it would take about 5 minutes to fix! I was elated. Within 5 minutes, Tobyn handed me my phone and charged me half of what my carrier would have charged me if they did have my screen protector in stock! He reassured me that I would have no issues. If you are looking for expedient, competent service I highly recommend “ubreakifix” to anyone having any issues with their smartphone. Tobyn was most personable and professional. He made my day!

My daughter installed an app on my phone that changed the look and system of my phone. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to fix it. I brought my phone to ubreakifix and the clerk there was able to find out and fix my problem with no issues. They are wonderful!
