This store location stops processing passport photos at 6:00 PM.

Do not come here for passport photos. This location is always short staffed.

Pathetic customer service. Don't go there. I went on Sat 5/18/2019 close to 9pm and the person who took the photo was very nice but then she called someone else to help with the printing and this lady was absolutely rude with me and my wife. She "edited" the picture to claiming the background was dark due to the color of my shirt, but she did it in a hurry and cut part of my ear and hair and she pretended me to pay for that. I said no why don;t you repeat the photo and she said "you can take the original one (too dark) or this one I need to go a close the store" they close at 10pm (that was more than an hour earlier). I feel sorry for the nice girl who helped us when we arrived but just because of this second employee (unfortunately I did't took note of the name) I will never go back there. Rude, spoke aggressively, lazy and with absolute no sense of customer service.
