I broke my tooth on Thursday, earliest dental surgery I could get was scheduled on Monday so my dentist called in a few pain pills to get me through the weekend, offering pharmacist to call if they had questions.

I spent 4 hours at 3 chain pharmacies to be turned away.

Lo Cost was super polite, understanding, was in and out in ten minutes.

Lo Cost is definitely my new pharmacy.

I have numerous rare and complex health issues and Lo Cost has gone out of their way to make sure I get the medication I need and contented with my insurance to make sure I’m covered. I have been a loyal customer since we moved to Savannah. Definitely recommend!

I am prescribed a very popular controlled substance drug which I have major problems getting filled every single month. There is a shortage. I understand that. But after trying two big box pharmacies, and actually being laughed at by the tech at CVS on Stephenson Ave - NO LIE! - I decided to try low-cost pharmacy.

I was greeted most politely by a young woman named Tori, who assisted me in completing the necessary paperwork to submit my prescription. The pharmacist then went out of her way to talk to me about my issues and rapidly filled my prescription. And then, I had the pleasure of dealing with Crystal when checking out - who graciously helped me navigate the myriad of signatures and boxes that I needed to check, as one has to do these days.

The store was immaculate and I was pleasantly surprised at the vast array of products that they have on offer. From durable medical equipment, vitamins and some very interesting and creative greeting cards to my favorite snack foods. All well-displayed in a bright, clean atmosphere.

Even though it is a couple of miles out of my way, I plan on using low-cost pharmacy for monthly and future prescriptions. And that is a significant amount.

I highly encourage people to give them a try. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and the friendly and supportive atmosphere makes it worth the change!

I have been coming here for a few years. The staff are second to none. They are always friendly and caring also very knowledgeable. They try there very best to make sure you are well taken care of!

I've had really bad experiences with Walgreens and Candler professional building pharmacy when it came down for me to receive the type of medication I needed, because of severe injury. I was treated like an addict. I was told about Low cost pharmacy. An independent company, everyone was pleasant, called me by name, from the front cashier, the pharmacist, the owners, it's so heartfelt, inviting I would advise anyone to change to their pharmacy. I'm well pleased.

This is the best pharmacy in town. Not only are the prices way cheaper than anywhere else I've been, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They are my #1 choice from now on.

Update: I’ve now used Lo Cost for almost 2 years, and I love it! My meds are always ready, and customer service has gotten so much better. Plus they send you a voice recorded call on your birthday, and I think that’s so sweet. It’s the small touches. If they don’t have my manufacture they will loan me what I need, and it’s available the next day (this has only happened once). I’m extremely over the big chains, and love this pharmacy and how they treat me.

Good independent pharmacy. They fill fast and always have the manufacturer I need. Customer service can be hit or miss, but they are fast and I can tolerate them over the big chains.

Awesome staff!!!!! Always very friendly and helpful. If they don’t have what product or prescription you are looking for then they will do their best to try an get it for you. I love that that are fast and efficient. My go to Pharmacy by far!!!!!

The staff is always professional when I go there for my mother and the staff members answer any medical questions you may have. They deliver your medication if you don't have transportation as well.

I have never visited the store...that’s on my to-do list though. Today I called looking for a pillow case for my contour pillow. Karen answered the phone and checked to find out they don’t have that item. She took the time to look further and tell me that they possibly had it at BB and B. That information was much appreciated by a 90 year old who is practically illiterate on the computer. Some people do go beyond. ThNk you, Karen.

Low Cost Pharmacy is the best. You can find almost anything there. If they don't have it they will make a way to get it. I have a favorite pharmacist there. I only ask for her.
