Home Instead

Home Instead has been helping to support my mother at home for the last 2 years. Her caregiver Valerie has been amazing and consistent goes above and beyond what I would expect her to provide. My mother enjoys Valerie's company and her all her help has allowed her to remain in her home despite health challenges, rather than a nursing facility.

I like the flexibility of the shifts I work.
I also like the very professional staff and ownership who are easy to work for.
I have worked in this industry for over 8 years and find that Wells Home Instead is a place that values their clients and employee's.

Several years ago, Home Instead did a wonderful job taking care of my mother-in-law, so when we needed help with my mother, I called them. Home Instead quickly found home caregivers to help keep Mom safe and happy. The caregivers have been doing a wonderful job with Mom. Most of them have befriended her and made sure she was well care-for. All of the caregivers have been very good, but Jennifer, Karen and Belinda have been amazing!

I have only positive comments about Home Instead caregivers Jamie and Danielle. They are both caring, conscientious, timely and very willing to assist in any way they can. Also a shout out to the office staff for their responsiveness and flexibility and communications. Highly recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for exceptional service and care.

Home Instead is the best place to work very supportive and flexible. The team is friendly and supportive and you have an open communication all the time. Its a very nice experience to feel that you are making a change in people’s life. Plus you receive a lot of paid training, flexible schedule and on time paying always.

Home Instead provided assistance and care to my wife, who suffered from dementia. Their staff, including administrators, were absolutely incredible. They far exceeded anything I expected when I first contacted them. They not only cared for my wife, they also cared about me. They provided me the opportunity to attend to my own medical care and actually get out socially for a while. The relief of knowing I could leave my wife in the care of competent, compassionate people was a relief beyond words. I highly recommend this organization. They are lifesavers for both the patient and the caregiver.

Our family has had a very nice experience with Home Instead. My mother, and the entire family, have found Anita in particular to be extremely helpful in many ways. She is very attentive to my mothers needs, always being observant and taking the initiative to find other ways to be of help. She is very pleasant, easy to get along with, hard-working, resourceful and communicates well… Even checking in on days she’s not scheduled.
My mother also likes Shauna, the most recent aide who is helping out. My mother finds her very pleasant and efficient. As a family we have not had the privilege to meet her in person yet, but she is proving to be very helpful as well.

Back in December we brought my mom home from a nursing home on hospice. We decided to call Home Instead to help with her care and were very fortunate that Daniela was assigned to our family. Her exceptional attitude and performance set a high standard for all her peers. Daniela is very loving, and it is apparent that she truly cares about my mom. We feel very blessed that she came into our lives when she did. She has helped make this transition a lot easier on my entire family.

Amy and her team are wonderful to work with. They are caring and truly want the best care for the families they help. I love how they continue to educate their team and how hard they all work. Whenever I call looking to help families I work with they quickly work with their teams to get a the perfect care pro into the homes quickly.
I have found Home Instead to be great partners for Avita and thank them for all they do.

From the moment Amy came into our home, I knew this was the place for us. The match up of caregivers Hugh & Steve is perfect. Chipper may not always remember who they are but when they arrive he sits right up & starts talking. He loves the rides they provide. As for me, it provides much needed free time to golf, catch up with friends, etc, I am able to breathe and be me again.
I really can't say enough about how lucky we are to have found and have you in our lives.

The wonderful staff at Home Instead have been taking care of my father for about two years now. My father is living alone and my family and I worry about his safety and well being when he is alone. The staff at Home Instead has taken great care of my dad in our absence. "F" has been with my dad four days a week and he is very polite and thoughtful. He is very attentive to my dad and in my dad's words, "adds value to my day!" F sets up my dad's medications and prepares meals for him while they are together and sets up dinner for my dad to heat up later. He organizes my dad's day and does other household tasks for him. When F is with my dad, I have complete confidence that he is safe and happy. The communication with the Home Instead staff has been outstanding. If there has been anything of note to tell us about my dad, I get an immediate phone call, text and email. There have been a few occasions in which F needed to be out, Home Instead informed us of this and sent a capable, qualified replacement for F.
My family and I have been very satisfied with the level of support, concern and care that my dad has received. Although we still worry about my dad, we rest more easily knowing that F and his colleagues from Home Instead are looking after my dad. He is in good hands!!!

I can not express enough how fantastic a service this is, Tabitha is outstanding! Way above and beyond anything I could dream of. She great with my mom.
I feel guilty asking for help with chores. She is excited for them jumps right in blows us away. Nothing but positive gratitude. So nice to have time freed up, to do fun things with Mom. Seeing Moms spirits are much calmer such a joy.
We laugh a bit more... Seems it has lighten our daily lives.

Outstanding care for my father for the past two years. The office has been responsive and very reliable. The care professionals that we've had have been wonderful to work with. They are competent, well trained, patient and kind. These folks have become an extended part of our family.

LAURA and LARRY are absolutely amazing. I don't know what we would do without you. Both of them have been super helpful to my dad who has been experiencing struggles with severe depression. The relationships quickly developed with both of them and they are now regular caregivers to my dad. The ongoing support that Home Instead has continued to provide has been outstanding. Thank you to the team for your hard work and dedication. You are making a huge difference!

I have loved my time at Home Instead this summer. I am relatively new to the company and will miss my time with the clients when I return to college. I look forward to my school breaks when I can return to the welcoming community. The staff was very friendly, and I was always comfortable asking questions. The scheduling of shifts was always fair and organized. I would highly recommend this company to other caregivers and clients.

Highly recommend! The caregivers are kind, compassionate and very helpful. We have been using them for the last 6 months with my grandmother and she loves having them around for companionship and to help with chores that have become harder for her.

If you need help with home care this is the best there is. There caregivers are reliable and friendly my wife has dementia & waits for her caregivers to come I’m glad she has home instead to care for her as it takes a lot of pressure off me
