Everyone who works here is so great, efficient and polite. Quick in and out every time! Jay is my favorite. Worked here a long time and knows EVERYTHING. has the passport address memorized. It’s like 90s themed in here. Small but very fast to get in and out. Parking lot

Normally wouldn’t write a review about a post office lol but I just had the best experience! Was having issues with a package and was pretty upset but Jessica turned my day around with her compliments and generosity. She took the time to make sure my package was taken care of properly and was so sweet! Definitely recommend this post office over any other in the area because of her!! Thank you Jess!!!!

I literally drive out of my way to go to this post office on a regular basis because there’s never a long wait and I’ve always had a positive experience. Everyone here is courteous and professional. I’m also not sure what the last reviewer is talking because Jessica is always super helpful and always extremely polite.

I have been in civil rights activism for two years now. The sad part, this is THE FIRST post office that truly impressed me. You have a front desk employee named Adam who was the most friendly post office worker I have ever seen! VERY PROFESSIONAL! Adam needs a raise! You guys better keep him! He is the future of the USPS! Believe me when I say you guys are the best postal center I've seen in an audit on YouTube in two years. You guys think all we want is a reaction. NO, we want NO REACTION! Simply to be treated with respect for doing a First amendment protected activity and most importantly, left alone to film what we can see from a public area. Young Adam did AWESOME! We need more government employees like Adam! The world would be a better place!

So after an awful experience at the Providence post office, I posted my mail at the office in Lincoln. And not only Jay was the perfect clerk, they were $40 cheaper!!! For the same service. This location will be getting my business from now on. Thanks JAY!

The staff at this post office are friendly and knowledgeable. They work quickly, efficiently and know most everyone by first name, including myself.

Usually goes smoothly here. Dealt with a rude employee today though named Jessica. She accused me of stealing one of their boxes when it clearly said Walmart on the box. Very unprofessional and offensive. Everyone else is very nice and helpful though!

This post office has to be one of the worst in Rhode Island. Many time their delivery drivers misplace the packages even though the numbers are very clear on the doors. Just called to check on a missing package and they do not even answer the phone. Lousy reps and service all around

My husband dropped of a package with a return label to be sent back to a she store. I come home today and usps delivered it back to my house even with the return label on it. How does this even happen. Now to bring it back tomorrow. Really need this $300 refund too.

Very poor. Fill in postmen Don't put mail in the right boxes. The only time they do is when we have our regular Postman. And when I call THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE!
