Bought a refurbished Nordictrack s15i with 1 year warranty through ebay from Fitness Emporium. Shipping was fast and packaging superb. Bike is truly as new. Price was great. Impressed!

Wow. I purchased a "refurbished" NordicTrack Commercial 2450 treadmill for 60% of what a new one from NordicTrack would have been after tax and delivery. I put refurbished in quotes because it's new as far as I'm concerned. The unit had less than 1/2 mile of use, and the screen still had factory protection on it. Packing/delivery was superb and super quick. They also sent pictures of the actual unit before shipping. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Purchased a NordicTrack X32i from Mike at Fitness Emporium. He sent me a new unit for more than half off retail and hade in at my home in 7 days. Good communication, prompt to sent me good pictures, answer questions, provided tracking numbers etc. Machine arrived as advertised. New mill for $2k shipped no tax. Thank you Mike 👊🏼👊🏼👍🏼

Ordered a NordicTrack x22i treadmill from here and couldn't be happier with the purchase. It was a refurbished treadmill, but it looks as if it is brand new. The cheapest new x22i I could find would have cost me another $1,300 more. They sent me pictures of the treadmill before they shipped it to make sure I was ok with it. It only took a week and a half from placing the order to having the treadmill arrive at my home. It arrived well packaged with a crate built around it. The last time I bought a treadmill, I bought it directly from the manufacturer and it took more than a month to arrive. I would highly recommend Fitness Emporium to anyone looking for fitness equipment and I would definitely purchase from them again.

I literally don’t have enough good things to say about fitness emporium. Buying an expensive piece of equipment online will make anyone nervous, but this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I did purchase a Nordic track treadmill x22i, which was on backorder. The company communicated with me every step of the way. I was sent numerous photos of the treadmill before shipment. It arrived in pristine condition and looked brand new. If you are hesitant about purchasing online you will not regret using fitness emporium!

I purchased a Nordic track incline trainer over a year ago. I love it! Michael was the person I worked with. They were absolutely amazing! Very responsive and friendly and even helped me when I accidentally ordered the wrong machine and were able to correct it and refund the difference before it was shipped out. Shipping was fast and everything came packaged well. My machine is still working great with no problems. I highly recommend this company even living far away as I do (I live in Arkansas). I’m confident that they will be able to help me should I ever have any issues with my equipment in the future. They will always be my first go to for fitness equipment.

I ordered a NordicTrack x32i treadmill from Fitness Emporium and am very happy that I chose them. The treadmill is refurbished but was in excellent condition. When I found a couple of small parts missing, I reached out to Mike who immediately sent me the whole hardware kit (screws, bolts, etc.) and a plastic panel without any questions. All communication has been prompt, all deliveries were very quick including the safe, sturdy shipping of the pallet containing the treadmill. Having deal extensively with vendors over the Internet and not always finding them honest, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase home gym equipment and would absolutely go to them for an future upgrades or needs.

Great company to do business with, very good deal for the treadmill I bought. They even made it right under their 90 day warranty when I apparently installed the crossbar wrong and stripped a screw. Will do business again and use them for repairs as needed.

I ordered a Nordictrack 2450 treadmill. I was a little skeptical because it was such a great price!!!! It arrived quickly and wasn’t too hard to assemble. I did realize after assembling it that a part was missing, so I reached out to Michael, who I had been in contact with prior to the shipment. He got the part ordered for me and shipped to my house and it arrived within a few days. I’m very happy with the customer service I received and also with the treadmill! Excellent overall experience from placing my order online to delivery of my Nordictrack X22i Treadmill in less than 10 days from GA to CO. I also put it together myself with no problems, though two people would have been easier. Takes 30 mins ish. Thanks for great price and service! I purchased this treadmill in 2020 and Nordictrack has been using Fitness Emporium for warranty and maintenance services. I've owned Nordictrack treadmills in the past with other warranty and maintenance companies/technicians. None of them come close to Trevor. Please keep him on board. I was looking for a True Fitness treadmill. I saw one on e-bay. Previously, I checked out other companies including the manufacturer. Fitness Emporium had a CS600 for sale. I looked it over and did some research. This was a used treadmill they offered. I purchased it and it included a warranty also. I am very pleased with it. I use it every day. It was suggested that I get a preventative maintenance check, because these are highly engineered machines like and auto. I called Robert of Fitness Emporium and he immediately consented to dispatching a technician in my area to do this. Thumbs up.
