If you need your appliances repaired, then you have found the right place. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to help me out quickly. I give them an A+ for their superior service.

Called and made an appt. Erik called me to tell me he was in his way. He diagnosed it and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. Knowledgeable and professional!!!!

Appointment was set right after call, technician called 30 minutes before arriving as promised. In our case the parts to repair outweighed the cost of a new Gas Range (which we opted for), but the experience with EZ was top notch! Professional staff communication, field tech Erik was timely and did a fantastic job taking care to handle everything gently and cleaned up when through, also explaining what the situation was with our appliance and what our options were. Exceeded all our expectations! Will use again and recommend to friends and family or any one needing appliance repair. Great team!

I was able to make an appointment for a service call quickly after calling them. Erik was on time and let me know when he was headed to my house. He quickly identified the problem and advised me of my options. I have had him hear for different appliances and always been pleased with his service.

Good Friday morning my Bosch dishwasher quit working. I immediately called Bosch and was told there was a recall for a power cord malfunction for my model. I was given 3 local repair companies authorized by Bosch. Since I’m relatively new to the area, I just called in the order given. The first company was a customer service nightmare, and after a week+ of no return calls or assistance, I called Bosch and told them that they were never to be scheduled to come to my house. That company was
Dr. Appliance. I would rent a truck and take my broken appliance to Nashville before calling them again.
Thank goodness Ez Appliance was next on the list. This is a family business that goes above and beyond to help. They return phone calls and are committed to solving problems. They also clearly communicate. Even Bosch was being difficult deciding whom to send the part to and Amanda sorted thru it. This is the customer service that few are willing to provide and Ez now has a customer for life!

Able to get a next day appointment for a washing machine repair. Kept me informed of expected arrival time. Very knowledgeable about the brand of washer, talked me through the issue and the fix. Very professional and polite. I will be using this company again in the future if I have appliance repair needs.

EZ Appliance repair (Erick) did a great job fixing my washer! He knew what was wrong by just listening and s showing him a video of the issue. The lady in the office very sweet and easy to set up my appt, as well as scheduling the repair day after they received the part! I would totally recommend them to anyone as well as use them again in the future!

EZ Appliance Repair provides excellent and honest service. My washer wasn’t working properly so I had them come out. EZ quickly diagnosed the problem as a improper installation and determined there was no need for a repair. I corrected then installation issue and they were on their way. It’s good to be able to trust the repair man!

These fellas are the ones to go to around here for sure. My washer was making a horrible scraping sound in the spin cycle and Erik had it apart and found the culprit within minutes (pesky wood screws) luckily it was an easy fix. Office staff is very personable and easy to work with. I like to keep my business local when I can and happy to have Ez saved in my phone for the future. Thank you Ez!

I was very happy that, unlike many service providers these days, this owner/repairman came when he said that he would. He repaired my stovetop, determined the part that would need to be ordered to repair my refrigerator/freezer, and returned to complete that job soon after he received the part. I did have to call them the next day regarding a small glitch, and he dropped by the following day and quickly took care of that problem. It was obvious that good customer service was important to him, and I will certainly give them a call if I need appliance service in the future!

Our repair technician called to let us know when he would arrive, came promptly and had the problem with our new fridge fixed 10 minutes after I described the issues. I was very impressed!

I had used EZ Appliance a couple of months ago & he was very professional, very knowledgeable & very nice. Knew exactly what the problem was before he came to the house to repair it. When he came to the house, he had the exact part. Had to call him back for a different problem & had the same experience as before. Got right to the problem & fixed it. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

We had a service call on our refrigerator. Jeff came out, diagnosed the problem, and returned to repair as soon as he received the part. He was very polite and friendly. He definitely knew what he was doing. We wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
