Had my second Coclear Implant done with Dr. Service everything went perfect, he is one of the best surgeons in his field. His staff is is very nice and knowledgeable. All professional and friendly. Absolutely not one complaint. I'm very thankful for their service. Me the day of the surgery and the day after, hardly any pain at all.

As a first time mom with a 13 month old getting tubes, the nurses were amazing. They were very reassuring, mindful, caring, and supportive. Our experience with doctor Becken and the rest of the team was very thorough, quick and a great experience.

Dr Gendron saw me yesterday. I was referred to her last year by my GP and she has been amazing every single time. She is attentive and solicitous — as all doctors ought to be — but she brings several other qualities into play. She is erudite, she takes the time to explain, and is extrmely thorough. I am lucky to have her as my doctor!

My experience with having Dr. Gendron as a surgeon was absolutely amazing! She was top- notch in diagnosing and treating my situation. Her knowledge and caring personality was everything I would ever want in a doctor! I was truly blessed to have been referred to her!

Our experience with both the audiologist, Amanda Salmon and the ENT doctor, Dr. Service was outstanding. They took time to explain everything and had impeccable bedside manner. The front desk staff was also excellent. Really pleased with our experience and highly recommend this clinic!

I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen by the doctor (she was running late with her patients) but it was worth. All my problems, planned and new additional, were addressed and solved. I'm very pleased.

From the moment we walked in the door, the reception desk staff , the gathering of needed documents and information, their positive attitudes and efficiency was excellent. The waiting area was very comfortable, spacious ,well furnished and maintained.
Our first stop was with the Audiologist, Amanda Petri… friendly, good listener, efficient, knowledgeable. I felt all my questions were answered . The testing area and her skills were very trustworthy.
I met Dr Becken for my ear exam and his diagnosis and verification of my history and he was very friendly, to the point and I felt listened too. Did I mention how upbeat yet he was? A pleasure to have him as my Dr Becken

Dr. Karlen performed an adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy on my 4 year old in January 2024 and we are forever grateful for him and his incredible team. Surgery on your kiddo can be so terrifying for the parents, but seeing how everyone that morning cared for our son helped put us at ease. We are blown away at how this surgery has completely changed our son's life. Everything we hoped would improve has and we are so thankful with the amazing results! Thank you to the incredible team for everything you do!!!

Midwest ENT is a phenomenal place to go in your time of need for an ENT. All of the staff are are just wonderful, caring, and they certainly excel at their jobs. Dr. Zachary FarHood is magnificent. His bedside manner is over the top. He genuinely cares about his patients and is so comforting. He is always going the extra mile to make sure his patients are comfortable and well taken care of. He repaired my lower eyesocket and nose. I would highly recommend him to anyone that would like ro receive exceptional care. I just can't praise Dr. FarHood and all of the staff members at the Woodbury location. I wish to thank them all as well.

Dr. Jaime has provided superb care over many years to 4 member of our family. She is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable, and we are so fortunate to have found her and Midwest ENT Specialists for our past and ongoing needs

Every touch point with Midwest ENT has been great! The team members are caring, great listeners, explain what to expect and so helpful during post op care. Their care for my husband during his entire process was top notch!

Dr. Jamie Kirchoff is exceptional. Midwest Hearing is lucky to have someone who is willing to take time with her patients and gets to know them. I can say patients because if she treats me that way, she treats all her patients that way. I started with Dr. Kirchoff in the Eagan Office. When she relocated to the Woodbury Office, I changed my office to Woodbury. Why would I leave someone who shows that she really does care about me.. If you are looking for someone that is knowledgeable, care, patient, encouraging, and understanding that would be Dr. Jamie Kirchoff. She really makes a difference!

Dr Becken got me in right away due to a concern I had with my left hear (only ear I can hear out of do to Ramsey Hunt syndrome) Dr Becken was also my Dr during my treatment at St Joseph hospital. He is an excellent Doctor and he is very thorough, his staff is exceptional as well. Thank you, Larry

Have had an Inspire device installed by Dr. Flohr. During the pre-exam and follow up visits Dr.Flohr has been very informative, she is was great with explaining the procedure, what to expect before, during and after the surgery. I felt very fortunate to have her as my surgeon!

Even though I had the wrong time and I was late. They still got me in. I wasn't treated in a hurry up manner. The doctor listened to me. She explained my results in a manner that helped me understand. I'm glad she is on my team.

Our son is suffering from sleep apnea and needs his tonsils removed. The doctor took the time to explain his diagnosis, the affects of doing nothing, the risk related to the procedure, and thoroughly answered our questions. We did not feel rushed during the appointment. Overall great experience.

I have been a patient of Midwest ENT for many years. Dr Becken is really great to work with and more than willing to answer all of your questions. He has a very kind and patient bedside manner and is an excellent surgeon. The staff at the regular clinic, as well as the surgery center, are all amazing too!

From the scheduling team to the front desk check-in, the staff is pleasant and helpful. What a great team of practitioners they have assembled to care for our community . Dr.Vincent Cox and Kelli Willems P.A. are my usual favorites when I’m in need… they are the GOLD STANDARD!
Last but certainly not least the ambiance at Midwest ENT is warm and inviting. The clinic is clean and well ordered.
