Tag Office

I stopped by this office on Monday to register my trailer and pay the tag for it.
It was 2 p.m., no line at all. Ms. Tonya Brooks got my case handled efficiently in just a few minutes and was friendly and knowledgeable. She also kindly answered me some questions about title transfers that were hard to figure out by myself. I really hope my future visits to the tag office are all as good as this one.

Everyone is very helpful at the County tag office. You don't have to wait at all. I had an issue with my registration and the officers were quick to guide and help me. They are very friendly and supportive!

Recently when I went to get some title work done, there was a system outage at the office. The person at the entrance verbally gave me a number, periodically went up and down all counters and called the next person... all while wearing a smile on the face!!! The person at the counter was so friendly as well.. as if there was no outage/issue at all. I have been there when everything was working fine. Despite the outage, I was in and out in no time!!

How was my experience, you ask? Amazing. Went on a Friday morning. Walked in, pulled a ticket. Immediately called to my designated spot. In and out in 15 minutes. And most of that was me chatting it up with a few people. So thankful for the team in the Tag office.

Great experience! We went to get my German friend her new Georgia DL, and we were in and out within 15 minutes. It helps to complete the form ahead of time to speed up the process. Very efficient! Thanks!

Never had any problems at this location. The customer service representatives I encountered have all been nice and competent.

My brother needed to get his GA ID so we went Wednesday early afternoon. It was so fast - we were so shocked. We took a # from the machine and sat down - but had to get right back up because they called our #. It was a great experience. I can remember the days before this location was even thought about. It was always a very long day waiting to get your license or your tag. So glad is now streamlined. Thanks!

Well maintained and efficient tag renewal place. I've gone here multiple time and have never had to wait. Make sure to get your ticket number from the person in the booth at the entrance. You can miss it if you come in from the other side.

Very good experience! Midmorning/mid-week tag renewal took less than 20 mins. Almost all "windows" were staffed. Tonya was especially helpful.

As soon as I walked in the building I told the personnel what I was there for and she told me I could do that at the kiosk. So I walked to it and I was able to renew my tags at the kiosk. It took only three or four minutes. It didn't charge any extra fees. It took credit and debit cards. It gave me my tags and I was also able to get a receipt.

Went on noon on a weekday to get a tag and title. Waited for about 8 minutes to be called to a booth to be helped. I filled out the pre-application online beforehand so the actual process only took about 5 minutes! Note a 3% processing fee for credit card.

Was very straightforward! Once you enter the building they ask you what are you there for and then make sure you have all the right information before you get a ticket and wait. The wait was not long either... I am used to sitting for hours waiting so I appreciate the team and their work! Also, I know this is a stressful job as there were multiple people screaming which is sad and I'm sorry you guys have to deal with that. But thank you for your service!

Excellent Service. Walked in to get new Tag for my vehicle. you need to collect token from the counter at the entrance and wait for the turn. officer at the window is quick and helpful. done with the work within 2 mins at the window. big thumbs up.

I went there 7:50am on Wednesday to get my tag. They opened at 8am. There were 7 people ahead of me. There were 9-10 windows open for people to get service when they opened. I was in and out within 9 mins. The lady who helped me was very polite and knowledgeable. I Definitely recommend this tag office.

Very efficient. The lady was nice and explained things to me for future reference. I came at a good time when they were not real busy, that always helps!

I went in a ball of stress and confusion and walked out 40 minutes later feeling relieved. I’ve never had a DMV related experience go so smoothly. The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgable and will get you sorted out efficiently.

Went in and my number was called immediately the Representative who waited on me was very polite and kind and professional.

I was here to renew the registration today.There are some troubles cause me can’t do it . Finally I have Miss Diana help me . She is a very nice and friendly lady. She explain and help me renew the tag. I’m so glad I could meet her today. She is full of knowledge and patience. Thanks God . She absolved all my problems. Thank you for tag office have her.

This was the fastest and easiest tag process I’ve ever had! Very nice people and clean environment!
