Lovely small store serving egg waffle, smoothies, slushy, fruit bowls, bubble teas. Inside of the store is very nicely decorated. Got a berry kiss waffle filled with Nutella, blueberry, blackberry, strawberry. The egg waffle was warm and soft. They put a lot of M&Ms for toppings. Took them less than 5 minutes to make it.

We were walking and saw a cute place to eat and decided to go in. It’s very clean and staff is nice. I got the chillin açaí bowl and I highly recommend it. The fruit is very delicious there. I would rate it a 10/10. Best açaí bowls around here.

Loved the Take me to NY milkshake + cheesecake! Definitely can get your money's worth with a dessert like that

Drinks were fun and good! Service could have been better. When we walked in there were no employees inside, and turns out the two girls sitting on the bench by the front door smoking cigarettes were the employees. Only once my daughter and I walked in and stood waiting around did one of them come in. I got a matcha boba tea and my daughter got a brown sugar boba tea. We took them to go and they were good but we wish the flavors were a little stronger!

Sweet Waffles, Sour Service: A Mixed Experience

We recently visited this quaint waffle joint, enticed by the promise of a delightful waffle in a cone combination of Nutella, fruit, and nuts. And yes, the waffles lived up to their reputation—undeniably delicious, albeit a tad heavy for a warm day. It's hard to go wrong with such a delectable treat.

However, our experience took an unexpected turn when it came to handling the inevitable mess that these indulgent creations tend to create. Caramel and chocolate cascading over your hands are par for the course, and cleaning up is a must. Unfortunately, requesting a mere drop of water on a napkin proved to be a challenge. The young adult at the register, seemingly more engrossed in their phone screen than the happenings in the store, flatly denied the request.

This incident left us pondering whether the reluctance to assist was rooted in pure laziness or an assumption that a customer wouldn't tip after declining to do so initially. While the debate over tipping practices continues, our preference is to tip for service rendered, not before enjoying a product. This is an opinion we hold particularly in a slower season when locals, like ourselves, are contributing to the local economy. It's worth noting that not everyone walking through the door is a one-time tourist; some of us are regular patrons.

We can't help but wonder if a gentle reminder to the staff about the importance of earning tips rather than expecting them as a given would enhance the overall customer experience. After all, even in a place known for its sweet treats, it's the service that leaves a lasting impression. In our case, the waffle was great, but unfortunately, the customer service was virtually nonexistent, leaving an unexpected sour taste in our mouths.
