Lylyan at Paramount was so wonderful! Just went to her yesterday and she was so organized and knowledgeable, making it super easy for me to file my taxes and be in and out! She was so efficient and thorough at the same time, and found a way to balance working quickly, without ever making me feel rushed. I also really appreciated the extra safety precautions, i.e. social distancing in the lobby, as well as protective barriers between us in the offices. She explained everything very well and made sure I had no questions or concerns. I definitely left happy and will be back to see her next year!
