Cheryl was the best! She focused on helping me and not selling the product. She looked at my online information, and verified my concerns. Then Cheryl explained the foot assessment process before she proceeded with each step to determine which foot supports were best for me. She was patient walking back and forth with me in the hallway to determine which arch supports were best, and she answered all of my questions.
Cheryl made my fitting a great experience.

I work in retail, on my feet up to 9 hrs a day. I've been experiencing lower back pain and foot pain for almost 2 months now trying to find relief. I saw an ad for The Good Feet Store on social media and thought I'd give it a try. I had a consultation and fitting with Cheryl and Matt who were very thorough in explaining how the insole system works, and answered all of my questions. They were very patient making sure my needs were being met. I'm excited knowing I'll be able to work pain free!!

He did a splendid job explaining the product and system from a simple to complex view. He was very approachable and great to work with. Again awesome customer service and experience. I’ve been waiting for the Good Feet Store to open in Cherry Hill since I’ve heard about them on TV. I visited with an appointment today. Michaela greeted me with a friendly smile. Michaela listened attentively to all of my problems with feet and took an impression of my feet. She offered the orthotic system specific to my feet problems. My feet already feel better after a few hours of wearing them. It’s not cheap but it’s worth the cost. Your feet carry you everywhere for life.

Garry was very patient and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He made me feel like I made the right decision for myself. The Good Feet Store is a long term solution for your well being. I'm sorry someone didn't think of this sooner.

Dayna was great assisting me and is knowledgeable about her product. I am able to wear my shoes with insoles without using my ankle sleeves anymore. Very satisfied:)

Where do I even begin...Wowww! I must say i was skeptical due to the pain that I've been experiencing for years between my feet and ankles. Flat feet, no arch,size12w, over pronounced.You name it! I have suffered for weeks with plantar fasciitis in my right heel. I saw an ad on TV for The Good Feet Store. I stopped in the Cherry Hill store and met with Barry, who explained the process, and I am now convinced this problem will soon be a thing of the past! I bought the 3 step system, and a new pair of sneakers!

Our Sales Associate, Dayna walked me through the entire process from measure to test walk and after care. Could not have been better. Professional, patient and very clear in what would be a change for my feet health.

This is a great solution to foot problems. You can use the supports in any shoes. Dayna was terrific - patient and knowledgeable. For me , this was a great move.
