Literally none of my packages or mail ever arrive when they’re supposed to. Even if it’s “out for delivery” that day I still do not receive it. Worst post office ever.

I’m sick of this person at this po. Won’t answer the phone and when he does lays it down and doesn’t come back. Leaves the phone off of the hook. Hasn’t picked up our mail twice when a package was going out and the flag was up.

New Complaint
sent a couple of checks to a business going on 3 weeks ago and they still haven't received them. The post office has raised the prices and lowered the service level. They have become pathetic. Need new personnel at the top. Person in charge at the highest level is doing a TERRIBLE job.
Only reason they are getting ONE star is because you can't leave a review without giving them at least one.Loudonville post office fails to deliver time and time again. Most dishonest, rude personnel I have possibly ever dealt with. We have not had mail delivery in 3 days. They won't even answer the phone most of the time. Maybe they should not have been helping to rig the election and they would't be so far behind....They try to blame everything on the PLANdemic. What was the excuse in the past 5 years?

i wouldn't give them any stars! I'd give the greatest negative possible if i could! i've never lived in a town or city with such a horrible postal delivery service.. absolutely the worst! i sit on my front porch and watch her deliver boxes in the mail jeep but not any mail! i get packages for addresses not mine and don't get packaged that they say delivered!

I have gotten mail for neighbors and packaged for other places that are not even similar to the address. Today they failed hard. Got 1 package and the other that I need for equipment said was still out for delivery. They left it on the truck and said delivery attempted. I am home all day and no one ever came to the door and said that to cover their selves.

Usually I have great service there, and I would rate this with 5 stars, but today I had an awful experience there. I went to the post office today to deliver a letter and a small bubblemailer package. I was re-using a mailer that was sent to me that I had saved (as I quite frequently do with no problems when I go to deliver). The mailer was a brown USPS mailer. During the transaction, I noticed that I was being charged for the mailer, so I told the clerk that I had brought it from home and was reusing it. This was very obvious with the way the envelope was prepared, and the fact that the envelopes one purchases are behind the desk at this post office. I reiterated that I had brought it from home and was confused as to why I should have to buy it, and the clerk told me that if the upc is not marked red then it hadn't been purchased. I again told him it was mailed to me, so why should I be punished for it, and the clerk said I still had to pay for it. I was very upset and told him I wanted to cancel the transaction, which he did. While I get the policy (although it was very annoying since this mailer was clearly already used), I was extremely upset at this clerk's apparent attempt to deceive me . Had I not caught that I was being charged for the envelope, he never would have said anything knowing full well that I brought the envelope in myself. It is not right that I should have to pay for someone else's mistake in some other state (where the envelope originated), but it is downright wrong that I should be tricked into doing so by an employee of the United States Post Office. In my job, if I were to lie or deceive like this, I would be punished with severity that could affect my pay. I expect nothing different from this situation.

I would put no stars. I got a paper in the mail saying they missed us yesterday 3-19-19 and today 3-20-19 i go in to get it, and they gave it to some random lady that doesn't even live here.. so if you have mail you missed don't be surprised when they give it to someone else. all you need is an ID. doesn't matter where they live. and the customer service is is a joke. the guy was arguing with me the hole time.

Can’t deliver mail mon-sat because of being short staffed? Not our problem. Someone get out from behind the desk and help. Shouldn’t only be getting mail once a week or sometimes not at all. Such bs

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The guy working on 12/8/22 at 4:30pm was extremely rude. Seriously shouldn’t be working with the public.
