I’ve ordered glasses online before but wanted to make sure the frame and lenses I chose aligned with my my progressive prescription, so was looking for an in-person experience. I found frames I wanted to try online and was greeted and assisted by Eva. She welcomed me right away and offered her help, knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. She walked me through the rest of the process so easily and pleasantly! It was so seamless. She found my insurance and explained what my out of pocket cost would be and just made the entire process simple. Great experience!

I’ve been a WP customer for many years. I’ve been very happy with everything over the years. This is the best WP retail location I’ve ever visited, the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The exam tech, Gabby, was a real gem. Her attitude was always top notch, her willingness to discuss different contact options, and conversation was always great. Thoroughly enjoyed working with them to get my new contact prescription and i am looking forward to working with them all again in the future.

During our shopping day we decided to stop in here and find a pair of sunglasses, and I’m glad we did! They were fully stocked and had lots of options! We ended up buying two pairs of sunglasses, the employee Emily was very friendly and helpful and knew what she was doing! We love Warby Parker and I highly recommend you stop in or order online! 🩵

I went in to get my glasses adjusted by Dennis and I just had such a great experience. I ordered glasses that came in the mail and they just didn’t look right - almost like it was the wrong prescription. Dennis checked them to confirm the right prescription and everything checked out technically but they just didn’t look right. Thankfully Dennis thought to actually adjust the frames so they were more flat on my face than curved and that fixed everything!

The ladies were super engaged, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were not pushy salespeople; rather they offered me options and allowed me to select what I wanted without feeling rushed. I was surprised by and thrilled with the low prices. I literally spent half of what I would have spent on a comparable purchase at Lens Crafters.

Upon my 1st visit to Warby Parker at Fenton I was greeted by Dennis. He was so pleasant and helpful. I did order a pair of glasses and I'm so glad I did! After getting my new glasses I needed to have them adjusted! This staff and store are amazing! Thank you !

Welcoming, friendly employees moved to help me when I walked into the store. The sales lady selected glasses frames based on my preference. She offered assistance in choosing the best fit and color. She and the optician doubled checked the order against my printed paper prescription.

What an amazing experience! The personnel in this store is not only warm and nice, but super knowledgeable and helpful. Huge shout out to Dennis, who had a ton of patience with me and my wife since both were buying glasses for the first time and needed a lot guidance. Dennis made our day with his kindness and support. For context, we went to the Warby Parker at South Point first and left because of their terrible, borderline hostile, treatment, and drove all the way to Fenton. We are so glad we did because it was the opposite experience and we ended up buying three pairs of glasses, so if you are in the area skip South point and go directly to Fenton.

Great selection of glasses and wonderful customer service. I have trouble finding stylish glasses that are a reasonable price. I found a cute pair that fits perfectly. I will definitely go back there again!

I just went in to try Warby Parker’s new video-assisted eye exam and it was lovely! The store and exam rooms were so clean, well decorated, and the exam itself was incredibly informative yet efficient. So convenient to chat with a doctor over the video feature while completing my exam with in-store employees. I’m also incredibly indecisive and love trying on multiple options, which they were so happy to assist me with to ensure I left with the perfect frames!

I'd been wearing my old glasses for more than two years and needed to update. I was interested in a pair I saw in a FB ad and went into this location to see them in person. While I was there I decided to purchase prescription sunglasses as well. The representatives in this store could not have been more fun and professional! I had a very hard time choosing my frames and felt awkward being such a high maintenance customer, but they never once made me feel like a burden. I wish I had gotten each of their names to give them individual shoutouts, but in all the attention, I forgot. Though I was clearly not their only customer, they made me feel as though I was. I love my new glasses and sunglasses and will be back when I need more.

Fantastic experience, so glad to have the Fenton location. Purchased my third pair of glasses from WP. My prescription had changed so I wanted some new sunglasses. I ended up purchasing another pair of aviator style but they were patient with me trying on other styles and made helpful suggestions. So many great options and the quality is excellent.

Dennis and everyone here was amazing. Lots of great help in deciding which frame to get. Y’all were absolutely fantastic!

Darrell and Kristina were awesome. I swear they only hire the nicest people at Warby Parker! Every experience there is a good one, but Darrell in particular met me with a smile and was so patient while I was indecisive. He even suggested some great frames I never would have picked up myself that I ended up loving. Highly recommend this location for patient, fun customer service! I’ll be back for that second pair! (and I’ll ask for Darrell) :)

Just became a first-time Warby Parker patron, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The Fenton shop was easily accessible - no difficulties with parking or walking a short distance to the store. The staff was wonderful and super helpful. The selection of frames was great (with many trendy looks), but I was able to quickly narrow my choices down to two. I just walked in with my current prescription and my new eyewear will be shipped directly to my home. Thank you, Dennis, for your excellent service!

Great store and caring team who took the time to fit both my son and I with great new frames. They have a lot of new and fun frames that made choosing just one a challenge.

This store is amazing. Clean and well organized. The staff was welcoming and fun. They were helpful but not pushy. The price point for these glasses are phenomenal.

It was my first time purchasing glasses at Warby Parker, but it certainly won’t be my last! She placed my order and obtained my prescription from my ophthalmologist. It was the smoothest transaction I’ve had in years. She also followed up by email shortly after. Dang. Why are all the employees in every Warby Parker store in the world so dang friendly? Is it the nice lighting in the stores? The reasonable prices? The great glasses? We may never know. But what I do know for sure is that this is a great store, with great service, great prices, and great glasses. Highly recommended!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
