I have worked for Quality Metal, in the diecast department for 3 years, and I absolutely love my job. The senior management changed the culture of the company, which has allowed us to grow and become a team. They foster this environment to better develop the management and employees, while providing the highest quality products to their customers. They were able to keep us all working through the Covid pandemic, so we could support our families through an uncertain time.
