Pleasing Petals Flower Shop

Today was my first time visiting Pleasing Petals, and I was not disappointed. All of the arrangements available were absolutely gorgeous and the customer service was amazing. Happy to have found an amazing flower shop! 😊

I will never order flowers from anyone else! Pleasing Petals Flower Shop was the best! I called at the last minute on a Friday afternoon for a delivery on Saturday. I explained to Ms Mona what I liked in their list of roses, but I wanted some color and a butterfly and bear. I ordered them sight unseen. They were delivered early and my daughter cried when she saw them! I have never been so happy about flowers in my life. If you need any type of flower then order from them, you won't regret it! My brother passed away and Mykaela and Mona were able to create a beautiful arrangement at a fraction of the cost of funeral home. So glad I came across their info online. Definitely the best flowers and price in Crosby. They have earned my trust and repeat business. Thank you Ladies for the beautiful casket spray to honor my brother!

I believe the flowers I ordered are called 'straight from the heart'. The flowers I received looked even better than the picture online. I am very happy with the purchase.

I stopped in to Mona shop the day before my birthday just to get a few flowers from my home and she made me a beautiful arrangement to take him just last minute. She was so polite and pleasant to work with you can tell she really enjoys her job and she put an extra effort to make my birthday extra special day. I was very pleased with the flowers provided for my friends memorial. I ordered in person on Tuesday and the memorial was on the following Saturday. Delivered on Friday.
I really wanted apricot/peach roses in the arrangement and Mona said she would do her best to find them
Ofcouse I had a backup color.
Mona was able to locate the color, I only wish I had taken a picture.
It was the best and the most gorgeous I have ever seen.

I prefer to shop local whenever possible. On Saturday I needed a last minute arrangement for a memorial service. My first thought was "my florist". I went in willing to just take whatever was available since it was not their fault I was coming in last minute. What I left with was a beautiful arrangement put together while I waited. The service was for the mother of my best friend since high school. The arrangement was so beautiful my best friend took it home with her. I can't thank you enough for the excellent customer service and for being a bright spot in a very difficult day. You are officially "my florist". Hopefully I'll be able to give you more notice from now on.

People that complain seem be the ones do last minute order without thinking if have flowers in stock. That is like asking me for a wedding cake on the day of your wedding. Please be real. Like Mona says you want it quick go to your grocery store if want it exactly how you want it call ahead not on the day of your event.

I know it has been 11 years but thank you for creating my wedding flowers and being my bridesmaid.

These people have restored my faith in florists. I work away from home nine months out of the year. Every time I have used the other florists my order has been wrong, late, or even not delivered at all. Pleasing petals staff did a perfect job. I will be back.

I'm from California, and I was in Texas on work, and I had a chance to meet my love for the first time, these amazing florists helped me make a great first impression that we'll never forget, I truly hope to do business with them again, and would recommend to anyone, their expertise! Affordable, and definitely an amazing outcome of arrangements.

I'm getting married in 4 days and just wanted to make a last second call to see if they would deliver flowers to my soon to be wife at Walmart where she's the manager, and even though I didn't have much advance notice, they made it happen!!!! Highly recommend!!!

I had a flower arrangement sent to my mom's job and asked that they have them delivered as close to 11am as possible. Well they did that!! The arrangement was beautiful, as pictured and note was typed or printed exactly right. Thank you ladies much!!
