The French fries here in this location are the best 👌🏼 I mean it. The taste is so much better than in any other locations.
The place is clean, the food is really delicious and the service is great (kind and friendly).

Janayra and Caryn are the best!!! I was so shocked at how nice Janayra was even she took my order at the drive thru I almost forget my Splenda for my coffee!! And at the window Caryn was very nice as well. Coffee was made just like I ordered it, and the food was made fresh! It was refreshing to receive such Great service!!!! Thank you ladies, you made my night!

This is probably the cleanest mac donalds of all ! There are screens here that kids love to play on.

I went in the morning before I took my girls to school and they had people waiting for about 45 min inside and getting the drive thru out quickly. They wasn't communicating correctly and that day whoever was running register she was ignoring the customers and seem like something was wrong. Never had a problem with them but this particular morning it was a different encounter.

Love the self serve kiosk. Cleanliness level of the location and bathrooms are great! Food is fresh. Busy, but they manage it well. Customer Service is awesome.

Update 8/24/2018: I had to contact the corporate office because of the multiple times after I've been it's been a 30 - 45 min wait. Corporate needs to fix this, retraining may be needed.

Michelle at the register was amazingly friendly and has superior costumer service!!! She knows how to talk to people and takes your order with no mistakes. Let her train the new employees on how to do it.

Nothing new with the food 🤷🏻‍♂ service was perfect and fast, excellent location, lots of parking

Cortney treated my grandson to McDonald's. He was very hungry after an active day. He ate every bit of his happy meal.

As far as getting food from a fast food restaurant goes, it was a five out of five. There was no one in the drive thru line, I pulled right up to the order screen, placed my order, pulled up and paid using the little card reader they have set up outside of the drive thru window so you personally can insert or tap or swipe your own card, then pulled up and got my food. Everything was correct and also hot and fresh. I couldn't of asked for anything more out of getting food from McDonalds. I couldn't rank the atmosphere as I didn't go in, but the outside looks nice, the drive thru has two lanes to order, so I'm sure the inside is well kept and I would eat inside if the occasion called for it. All in all would recommend this place for anyone looking for fast, fresh, easy, correct, fast food.

Wonderful customer service at this McDonald's.

They are always on point with their coffee and will fix any mistake. The staff is friendly and i enjoy my experience.

ALWAYS good Food, correct orders even To Go, and everyone is pleasant Even on Extremely Stressful Rush Hours‼. I so prefer to be a customer at this McDonald's near I-95 vs the one west on Moody Blvd in front of Target in Palm Coast, FL I truly can say they are quality with excellent customer service ❣. So if you are traveling through Flagler Beach FL on I-95 be sure to stop there and with a smile yourself. For a courteous smiling customer is so much funner to be around. Thank you

Stopped in to use the restroom and grab some cool beverages. Service was fast and friendly. The young man at the front register was one of the best that I've seen at McDonald's. He was eager to wait on us and very efficient!

I must admit McDonald's had stepped it up in the past few months. I've noticed the fries being super fresh and tasty in the past month or so. Today I stopped in the Belle Terra McDonald's and the order kiosk are up and working. Technology eliminating everyday employees. Anyway, the food was fresh and tasty and everything was nice. Is one of my favorite McDonald's to visit because it's very modern and clean.

saw a bunch of bad reviews, that had to have been before the manager ty was there. had an issue with the app and he went out of his way to make sure it was rectified, even after i myself got frustrated and gave up.

Havn't been to this location in quite a while. Pleasantly surprised. Orders were correct, food was hot, service was great, and friendly. I surely will be back. Great Job!!!!

I understand that this McDonald's may have some problems once in a while, but the fact that this McDonald's has a lot of bad reviews doesn't mean it's bad... consider this...Almost all the people who had a great time at McDonald's don't leave any review...while almost all who had a bad time do leave a bad review...that's why there are so many bad reviews

Considering the fact that all places are short on staff due to people not wanting to work, this McDonald's is doing great! The food is hot when you get it and the staff is friendly. Patience grasshoppers.

They are so cool and nice,,, there's one nice girl there she's awesome...they are really pretty ice people...clean and well organized!!!

Quick and easy ordering and delivery of food. They ram out of pies but offered us anything else to make amends. Great of them to care and offer. Great staff at this McDonald's.

By far the absolute best McDonald’s I’ve ever been at. Who ever was making the burgers at the shift at 3:30 is the best I’ve ever experienced, a raise for that man or woman is much needed, the burgers were great and service was absolutely stunning!!!
