Newberry Home Improvement

Last week we had our old bathtub removed and replaced with a new / large walk-in shower. After several estimates we selected Newberry Home Improvement as our contractor. Communications were excellent, as was the installation process. Our installer, Mr. Corey Hemingway was easy to talk to and did a fantastic job, and even cleaned up the work area every night. We are very much satisfied with the project and would recommend Newberry to anyone.

My cabinet refacing looks GREAT!!! Austin was very professional and was always on time. The last 2 days J.T joined him, and he was just as nice and professional. I would refer Newberry Home Improvement to others.

We had an old tub and surround removed and replaced with a new shower. We are in a small condo and the working area was tight but Kevin and Jacob worked hard and did a great job. It took them about one and a half days to complete the work. We are pleased with their work and now are enjoying the new shower. The walls are acrylic instead of tile, but being on the 4th floor we don't need to add the weight of tiles. Thank you Newberry!

We are very pleased with the remodel of our kitchen cabinets. We looked at several companies and the design consultant Terry listened to what we were looking for and provided several options that would fit in to our budget. The team that came out were such a pleasure to work with. Jon, JT and Austin were amazing. They were all professional, paid attention to detail and overall just fantastic to work with. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Everything was done in just a couple days and looks incredible. We are so happy with the whole project from start to finish!!

Very professional installation. Our installers Austin, JT, and Jacob worked great as a team to get everything done quickly and efficiently. They made sure we were happy with every little detail before they left. John who measured for the countertop, cabinets, doors and drawers did an excellent job explaining the process and how it would be customized for our unique kitchen. Now just a little painting and a new floor and we’ll have a beautifully transformed kitchen.

just a small brief before I go on. I am a 70 yr old, 22 yr Retired AF Master Sergeant with over 50 yrs in management and supervision. I have never seen such professionalism from James May and his partner John. These two men worked for 5 straight days, 8 hrs a day to ensure that the project given them was done professionally and to our satisfaction. Their great personalilty and work ethic should be commended. My wife and I are so proud that we used this company because of them. My wife and I were very stressed because of a flood we had in our house and James and John made that stress go away and we are very greatful for the great job they've done.

As a follow up: On Aug 15th, 2024 i notified NewBerry Homes of a kickplate strip that was coming loose in the kitchen. The Supervisor had me send pictures and I did. He immediately called back and said it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to us because all of his crews were out installing and as soon as someone became free, he would have them contact me. On Sept 5, 2024, I was contacted by Austin and said he would be at our place in 25 min and he was right on time. He looked at the piece and said "No worries, I'll have this fixed in no time." He had it fixed in 5 min and did everything with a smile on his face. As in the initial install, I give this company a 5 star along with Austin. He is an awesome employee who should be commended on his Customer Service.

From sales to installation, all aspects of doing business with Kitchen Restylers were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable, they were able to answer all our questions and helped us come up with the look and aesthetic that fit our desire and budget. We went from dark cabinets to a cream white. The transformation really brightened our kitchen. The installation team of Austin, J.T., Jacob, and Jon were on time, efficient, very neat and pleasant. My husband and I highly recommend Kitchen Restylers.

Exceptional installer technicians!! All three (John, Chase, and JT) went above and beyond to make our kitchen remodel perfect!! Our cabinets were over 20 years old and in dire need of replacing. The cost to replace was more than we could handle. The Kitchen ReStylers approach of refacing the cabinets and replacing the doors and drawers was a perfect fit. It was faster and cleaner than replacing the cabinets, the quality is fantastic, and at a fraction of the cost. Another great part of the process is that the countertops don't need to be removed. The guys that we dealt with were fast, clean, and professional. Great Job!
