CVS Pharmacy

Not bad any issues in getting my scripts from our cvs and will continue to pick them up from there.

This location was very well maintained, clean, and well stocked. The employees greeted us and were very helpful.

Very busy pharmacy but I have always gotten great service when I have shopped here. I have also used the Urgent Care clinic and found it to be good.

Thank you for the great job you guys do you work so hard you do what you can wear short of staff

This store is ridiculous! One pharmacist! When CVS is the only place to go because of insurance you are screwed! Make plans to get a new spend the day there! They tell you a few minutes and then an hour and a half of waiting they ask if they can help you. CVS are you not treating staff correctly? Paying enough? Are you promoting too much and not taking care of your staff? They are NEVER smiling or look happy to be there! DO BETTER MOUNT VERNON IS NOT HAPPY WITH YOU!!!!!!

Has to be the worst CVS in business. Rude staff, never have prescriptions ready when told to pick up, and never have the drive thru open. I started using Newark location and is like night and day. Well worth the trip with no aggravation.

This store is ridiculously understaffed. The drive-thru is often closed due to staffing issues, and when it is open, the line is 5+ cars deep. Inside the store typically has a long line of people waiting to pickup prescriptions. I feel bad for the staff. They are over worked and then have to deal with impatient/angry customers. CVS needs to do better!

Have made 2 Covid Vax appts.
Just to have them canceled the next day

can't fill an order written from a hospital at discharge in 5 hours?
put ya on hold to speak to the pharmacist until they close at 6 PM
bet if it was one of their family members were sent home from surgery, they'd find a way to get it done

Ridiculous

Don’t use CVS. Customer service awful. Never have meds ready. Always same excuse that they don’t have enough staff. They never answer their phones. And drive thru never open.

A real cluster flop. My wife took a prescription for a scheduled drug in last week. They told it was too early. When she tried on the date they said she was again told it was too soon but they had it in stock. Now they are saying that they sold their only bottle to another customer and maybe, possibly, they might be able to fill the prescription next Wednesday. It remains to be seen but assuming that they can deliver the prescription then my wife will be three days without her medicine.

Won't answer the phone no matter how long your on the phone or how many times you call they fail 100% of the time

Very understaffed. Not a caring place for a health related store.
