They were polite & knowledgeable, all the while working with some oomph in their step.

The wait time is getting worse. Thought After the remodel it would be better but alas no still wait 30 to 40 min to pick up your meds. Also what's up with the signs on lanes? Kinda misleading hum.

I got to the pharmacy right at 7pm on a Saturday an they where like were sorry but we closed an was still helping someone so now I have to wait another day to get my meds even though I need they tonight. They were just rude about it.. I'm don't w/them so I'm going to go somewhere else an get my meds..

Appointment scheduled for 2nd vaccine shot. Sat and waiting for over an hour while people stood around in their room and talked or looked lost. Why schedule appointments if they can’t be met? Made this apt at this time so I could be at work on time and had to be over an hour late after them telling me I’d be here about 30 mins total. No they are not busy, yes they have many employees.

Sick and tired of placing a refill order and click on "get it sooner". It gives me the time they will be ready and it's NOT. This has happened 4 months in a row now. It's NEVER ready until the time they originally tell me and even then they aren't ready til I go pick it up at that time. They always tell me it will be another 20 minutes. Do you guys not fill prescriptions until we come in to get them??? And this isn't like cold meds either. This is antidepressants something that is NEEDED. Screw you ww pharmacy.

My medicine is set for automatic refill, every time it gets delayed. I run out of medication that I am not supposed to miss days on due to this. Get messages that it’s ready, drive all the way into town and then get told they don’t have anything ready. Every. Time.

I didn't have a problem with them until about 6 months ago. I could call in a prescription and 2 to 3 days later go to pick up and still not ready. Now over the last month, call the number on the bottle that is supposed to connect you to the automated line and be able to punch in script number and be done, NOPE, phone rings busy. But call the main store number and push for pharmacy, you get the same automation that you usually get when calling the pharmacy # on the bottle.?????? Tried asking them what the problem was, and only answer i got was they were busy and under staffed. This is not the answer to why i can no longer call the secured # on the bottle and get to where i need to go, but can call the main store number and end up in the same place that i am trying to get to. Makes no since to me. And I am going to be changing where I get my meds.

Incredibly slow. Always long lines. Usually only one person working (that was before covid). Make appointment for vaccine and it's about 30 minutes behind-no clue what the point of an appointment time

This is THE WORST Pharmacy in ALL of Ohio! Multiple times I was told that my medication is out of stock...No worries they can order it and will be in Next Wednesday...Thursday I go to pick it up. NOPE. Didn't come in. "We never know if it will come in or not." "We can order it again, you can pick it up next Wednesday." NOPE!

If you want to waste your time EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. that you go to get your medication, this is your place. Not for me my friend.

Unless you enjoy wasting over an hour of your time for simple prescriptions, I would suggest you go to CVS down the road. Me and my wife are travelers for her job, and have used walmart pharmacies all around the United States and have never had a problem, except for this particular location. The ordeal started with me trying to obtain antibiotics for my sick wife, they took her insurance information and stated it would be ready in half an hour. Twenty minutes later I am called back with them stating that her birthday was wrong in the system. Called the insurance company and her birthday is correct. Told the pharmacy I would just pay cash, they took the insurance information again and made me wait another 30 minutes while they called the insurance company again without me knowing, forcing me to wait thinking they were going to call me to the counter when the medication was ready for me to pay for. I walk to the counter and I am told they couldn't get the insurance to go through, for some reason that she couldn't describe other then "out of state insurance". Here is the problem, my wife has had medication filled, using the same insurance, in three different states of Oregon, Wyoming, and Alabama at Wal-Mart pharmacies. I don't know what the problem was. Maybe the pharmacist just didn't want to fill it because her name was not changed due to us getting married in the last few weeks, or maybe the employees are not adequately trained in their profession or in customer service. At this point it doesn't matter because I was able to fill the prescription down the road at CVS in under 10 minutes with no problems. The insurance was accepted, the customer service was great, and the employees were knowledgeable about their system and their profession. Go to CVS and save yourself the headache.
