I recently underwent a stem cell injection procedure at Dr. Hong's office, and I cannot praise the experience enough. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional.

Dr. Hong and the entire office staff were amazing. I was apprehensive and scared about the procedure, but the staff took such great care of me, providing reassurance and comfort throughout. Their professionalism and empathy truly stood out.

I was particularly worried about the pain associated with the stem cell injections, but thanks to their expertise and gentle approach, the procedure was virtually painless. It felt like first-class service as I was cared for and attended to at every step.

Dr. Hong, in particular, was outstanding. He genuinely seemed to care about my well-being, not just during the procedure but also afterward. He followed up with me to ensure I was recovering well, which made me feel valued as a patient.

If I ever need to undergo the same procedure again, I wouldn't want anyone else to handle my medical care.
