After 3 shops couldn't fix a sensor issue in my car around boyertown, John was able to take car of in no time. He is a Rockstar mechanic, great personality and fair pricing. He is the only one I will ever use in the future. Highly recommend

This is my 2nd time using Repairs by Rook & hands down these guys are the best shop I've ever brought my car to. Being a single mom in my late 30's, I have had several cars that needed work all the time and it is SO HARD to find an HONEST, reliable, transparent, down to earth mechanic WITH FAIR pRiCiNg++ And I love the fact that they are a small family owned business which is always awesome. Which is why they will always have my business. Great shop...great people. I actually was initially introduced when they towed my car through AAA when my car overheated in that area but now I am happy it happened like that because they are very good people!!!

my transmission blew sunday 8/13/23, i called them the following monday and they helped me figure out was wrong over the phone and than towed my truck to their shop. they were very easy to talk to and they are very efficient, had my transmission completed 3 days after it arrived. Mechanic jason replaced my transmission and my truck runs perfectly! they are very easy to communicate with too, i highly recommend.

Every experience I've had with this company has been amazing. They get everything done in a timely and professional manner. There have been times I couldn't get my car to them and they came to me. It's refreshing to find a mechanic that goes above and beyond as they do. Check them out!!!

I used John @repairs by rook for my new suspension lift on my 2019 Tundra, as well as new hubs, wheel bearings, and lug studs on my 90 CRX track car. Knowledgeable, convenient, and highly recommended all around!

I went to get my brakes done and the owner was very nice & explained how everything was going to happen and how he will price everything. In general I thought it was really good customer service. They had very reasonable prices & quality work.

Honest and phenomenal mechanic! Emergency service is an understatement when we broke down he was their within 20 minutes to help us on the side of the road. I will forever recommend him!

I called on a Friday and John was able to see me on a Saturday. I thought my emergency brake was malfunctioning. I was wrong, but John showed me what was going on and he didn't make me feel stupid. He took the time to teach me what happened when I asked and then fixed it quickly with top notch parts. Thank you John, we will be back!

John redid my entire suspension and motor mount in 1 week all the while keeping up with his other customers and obligations. He made my car safe again! He’s like Harry Potter for anything that has a motor.
