My daughter was late for school due to unforeseen circumstances. I called and notified the school she will be running late but will be there. The woman I spoke with was kind and understanding, said not to worry to have the person bringing her sign in and have the ID readily available. About 10 minutes later Elizabeth Z, who apparently is the director of the preschool program called without greeting and rudely stated school started at a certain time and began to demean the integrity of my parenting because she was late ONE time. The program is very unorganized on top of that and no one who works at that school is on the same page. I understand that there are a lot of new precautions that come with getting back into the classrooms but all staff should know them and persons in charge should learn how to speak to people professionally.
