Dunkin Donuts manager, Kristi for her outstanding service. I meet with my clients at this location regularly. Kristi and her staff are always pleasant and efficient, and if an issue or question arises, Kristi and her team go above and beyond to meet my needs. Kudos, and keep up the great work!

I just to say I know this dunking gets a bad reputation from my experience I go there first thing in the morning and the morning crew is absolutely amazing they are friendly funny are mistakes made sure once in a while but with that we are all human we all make mistakes it happens but to post about all the negatively why not post on the positive if a mistakes has happened go talk to them don't bash them on social media every place is short handed they are doing their best. Plenty of room to sit. Very well laid out store. Fantastic staff! Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The morning shift manager sets a great example in cheerful service and promoting the various drinks and foods on offer. 5 stars all the way!

Busy, but there was adequate help and I got my order quickly (inside). The staff were pleasant and cheerful. There was a small dog running around inside which was a bit of a tripping hazard. It seemed like a regular and was cute, but I wondered why it was allowed in there, never mind running around.

A little over a year ago I used to be a problem with this location and it lasted at least 5 years prior to that. I lived in Allenstown but I would never get coffee here because it was always wrong and always burnt. It looks like Dunkin' donuts is finally got an employees to take pride in what they do because I've been very pleased with my orders lately. I even stopped at a Dunkin' donuts on my way home and they got my coffee wrong so I stopped at this location and asked them if they could fix it for me, the man was so nice he explained that he was not supposed to do that but since they are a chain he would like to try to fix it for me to show me what it should taste like s h o u l d. It was amazing! Good job guys keep up the good work!

Stopped here on the way to a friend's. My coffee was delicious as were the mini pancakes. The staff was super friendly and my order was ready fast! Will definitely stop in again!

Dunkins is always consistent and really good!!!!

Got a Medium Pumpkin Iced Coffee with extra cream 2 sugars, a Large Iced Water, a Diet Coke, and a Regular Coke, and a Plain Bagel toasted with Cream Cheese!!

I came to pick up my friends Togo order. It was really easy, just say "I'm picking up for blaza blaza. They'll tell you to pull around.

They were unable to sell food at this time.

Customer service was great! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was energetic. I will be revisiting this location even if it's out of my way.

Nice staff sometimes slow but you can always tell that they are training so ya gotta give a little slack. The parking lot sucks in the winter but I still need my dunkin lol

Dunkins is great. But I asked for a latte with almond milk and they accidentally gave me whipped cream on top... So not exactly the vegan drink I was hoping for.

They have always been nice but recently there seems to be a bunch of new staff and they are so NICE and FRIENDLY. I have not experienced such GREAT customer service in a long time!!! I love this store now and highly recommend it!!

My favorite area Dunkin's. Drive up line is often 6+ cars, but it goes fast. Accurate orders. Sandwiches well made.

Great place to stop for coffee. Prices could be cheaper though. Great staff. It's located in an area so they could expand for outside rest stop. You know go in get your coffee, donuts, or sandwich,and bring out to enjoy nature.

Honestly this is my favorite Dunks. Everyone is friendly and willing to remember my custom order, happy to fix it if a mistake is made. Going here is always a good part of my day.

I do the drive thur so atmosphere is hard to rate but their landscaping is clean.

The staff on second shift is very helpful and I appreciate the help with understanding what the difference was between syrup swirl and flavor shots I can be a pain as a customer and the manager was very patient
