Store was remodeled and looks much better inside, also has new management and reps who are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to listen and assist. Also has great deals on phones!

The employees working were both incredibly friendly and incredibly professional. While upgrading my phone, they helped another customer who was going through a difficult situation in life and not only were very patient and understanding with her but also very kind and you could immediately tell they made that person feel better. She came in obviously emotional and left with a smile on her face. It was an incredibly refreshing thing to see in an increasingly negative world. 5/13/22, if you were either of the gentleman working that day I still am truly amazed about how well you navigated a potentially uncomfortable situation. You guys deserve a raise.
