Our Dad , who turns 99 years young this year, bless his heart, lives in a wonderful Independent Living Facility. He does very well on his own, however, just this month, my brothers and I felt it would benefit him if he had a little extra attention during the day for just a few hours.
My brother found Senior Helpers and our experience has been nothing but stellar. Our first meeting with Marc provided a great one on one meeting as he explained his company, background and answered all our questions at the start. When I need to reach out and call them, Stacy is always helpful, kind and supportive . Both make themselves available and provide updates if there are any changes or questions.
My Dad is natural introvert , however he does enjoy the company during the day with a special thank you to Patricia. The assistance from their staff in taking care of our dad has been awesome, which is great since I still work full time and it gives me a peace of mind knowing he is in great hands.

We committed to 28 hours per week, and the back office handled scheduling seamlessly, with backup resources available if needed. Prices were fair and competitive. I am very pleased with the entire staff at Senior Helpers when it came to helping one of my parents. The Caregivers were so kind, patient and communicated wonderfully which I very much appreciated. The ladies in the office were so friendly and were always there to answer any questions and were very patient, caring and always kept me informed of any issues which definitely gave me peace of mind. The owner reached out to me as well on more than one occasion to provide me with updates and to let me know that I could contact him should I have any questions or concerns. I engaged Senior Helpers about 15 months in time of need which included medical issues and the death of a spouse. I found the caregiversresponsive, friendly, trustworthy, flexible with respect to their assistance to me and personable. I was extremely pleased with the Services provided. I highly recommend the organization and its people.

I recently made a call to Senior Helpers for assistance with my 94 year young mother. She had recently fallen and with her dementia, it now appears she will need more care than my family can provide. I met with Marc Kaplan who came out to the house to evaluate her for Senior Helper Home Care services. After discussing all the options, we both can to the conclusion that my mother needed 24/7 care, more in line with a nursing home environment. Marc thanked me for considering Senior Helpers and then made a phone call and put me in touch with a wonderful group of folks who are helping to get my mom into a nursing home facility. Although we were not able to use the wonderful services that Senior Helpers provide, it did not stop Marc from reaching out to others in the industry that could provide the appropriate level of care. This kind of customer service and desire to help others even though there is no profit in it for their company, is rare indeed. I may still have an opportunity to use their services and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of help with their senior parent.
