I want to recognize Scott, Libby, and Dave for the outstanding support and service received on July 13th! I brought my tire in to be repaired or replaced. They found the issue and repaired the tire in a very timely manner. Since we were headed to The Cape, our car was packed. They completely unpacked the car in their garage to place the spare tire back in the wheel well. They then perfectly repacked the car to perfection in minutes so that we could continue our journey to Cape Cod. My family and I were somewhat amazed and very grateful for their service and kindness. Steve was amazing and helped me graciously understand what was wrong with my vehicle. They ordered a Lyft to drop me off and pick me up from my house and that was so thoughtful with their business. I will be coming back here for all my car needs. HIGHLY recommend.

Professional and friendly front desk. Clean, roomy waiting room with television. A rest room. Updates on service. A ride to and fro. Most of all, trustworthy service.

I received amazing service here at Sullivan Tire! They gave me a great deal on 4 new Good Year tires, I was able to use a coupon, and bought a great protection plan on them as well. The staff was very knowledgeable, including Scott who helped me so much during this process. It was my first time as a customer here and I felt extremely welcomed. I recently tried going to Mavis Tire and they were very rude and not helpful at all. I would 100% recommend going to Sullivan Tire!

I wasn’t expecting to need new tires (<30K miles on the car and the tires it came with, bought new), but I did. Someone suggested Costco for the best prices, which is a fair point—who wants to pay more than necessary? I went into my local Sullivan on Friday (so much more convenient than Costco), had a long talk with the manager, he went over everything with and gave me a very fair deal—he ensured my continued business and maintained my loyalty. Got the tires put on today (Monday) and I’m back in business. Scott is the best! You get what you pay for, and with Sullivan Tire you get a lot for your money!!!

Always excellent service & honest assessment of vehicle condition. I thought I needed new tires, but the experts at Sullivan were able to fix my problem without needing to replace my tires that were still in great condition. The manager, Steve, was so helpful and made the entire process very easy. Though I would be able to find a place for vehicle service closer to my home, I will stick with this location as I have never had anything but an outstanding experience!

We all know Sullivan tire is known for being a little bit more expensive than other places but they always do a good job. Every time I need a wheel or tire changeover on my trucks or jeeps, I always come to this location and they have always done a perfect job. I might pay a little bit extra but the service is fast, the service is correct, and they’re always friendly!!! And they dont damage your wheels like other places!!!! And they usually have appointments all the time!!!!

Great service for small tire repair. Very friendly front-desk staff who offered to fix a flat without having an appointment. Felt respected and valued for even a $30 repair. Got the same reception when arriving to pick up car later. Will definitely return here when time for replacement tires and will highly recommend!

Nice location. My local location has a broken alignment machine, this place fit me in at 9am next day and it was all smooth. Nice front desk guy too. I’ll have to seriously consider making this my primary location, even if it’s a further travel.

I went there with problem of really bad vibration after two failed balancing at different shops, price was great. They recommended road force balancing on all 4 tires as the first step.Ended up that one of the tires had an issue and could not be fixed, they did not have the same tire in stock but found out one that had similar thread pattern. Shop did not try to sell me 2 which most shops do stating that my ties were almost new and just one could be changed easily. My ride is smooth now. Highly recommend this place.

I noticed a screw in my tire late at night and the next day I was planning on taking my car on vacation. I stopped into the Sullivan Tire in Braintree on Ivory Street. Chris greeted me and was extremely nice but stated they were very busy and probably won't be able to get it back to me until the end of day. Unfortunately, I was planning on leaving for vacation at around 10 am. I explained my situation and Chris ended up calling another near by Sullivan Tire and asked if they would be able to fit me in. Scott at the Washington Street, Weymouth location, was able to get me in and had my car back to me in time for my vacation. Both Chris and Scott went above and beyond to help out their customers. I will never go to another auto service center as long as these guys continue treating their customers with the amazing service they displayed. Would 100% recommend these guys to anyone and express my thanks.

Customer service is above and beyond! Pick up / drop off options made my appointment so easy and I my one year old me! The front desk calls to update me and never made me feel silly for asking questions. The technicians are friendly and professional. The lobby is very clean. Very happy customer! !!! ! !

Service is great! The staff communicates well with you, the price is reasonable, and the driving service makes takes alot of stress off on trying to get a ride to drop off and pick up my vehicle. Staff is also very professional and friendly.

I consistently get great service and prices whenever I go to Sullivan Tire in Weymouth. Sean always gives a great approximation of what the cost will be and how long it will take. Also, the shuttle service is great. I recommend them to everyone I know.
