Moises was kind enough to read us the ice cream options since they aren’t listed on the drive thru menu. He was very nice and seemed to be running things solo. Kudos to him!

First time there and I went through the drive thru the receipt has the cashier as Jonathan T. so I assume that's who it was. He was very polite from the time he asked me to look at the menu and he would be back to take my order. I hope all of the staff are as nice as he. I will definitely be back. Thanks

The employee working provides spectacular customer service. He waited on me the other night I came by and of course he was spectacular that night as well! I was really glad he was working again tonight!

We were in the mood for ice cream, and ultimately, that was decent, so the visit was OK. The tables/seats that were the most isolated and would've been the best for social distancing were actually closed, so that the 3 open tables were right together. Weird. We were the only ones in the place, though, so it didn't matter. Just seemed an odd choice of tables. They can't give taste samples anymore, somehow because of Covid, but I got lucky, because the White Winter Chocolate was yummy, if not entirely frozen. Pralines and Cream remains delicious. My fiance wanted a banana split, but they didn't have bananas. The employee offered to make one without the banana. 🤷‍♀ He passed and went with 2 scoops: once chocolate, one strawberry, and was happy with it.

Very disappointed. paid $9.75 for a 3 scoop sundae with strawberry sauce. scoops were small and did not get strawberry sauce... so it wasnt a sundae just 3 small scoops of ice cream. Never again

They had no Jamoca Almond Fudge which is one of their oldest and best flavors of ice cream.
This has happened several times.
