Dropped off an old Mac laptop to have an apple os installed at the last minute for an upcoming trip. I also had no power cord for it. They took it and installed and set it up. There was an issue with the mouse pad and they even gave me a replacement mouse to use. All this was done in just a couple hours and at an unexpectedly great price. Thank you Nancy and to the tech who’s name I unfortunately forgot!! I’ll be back.

Even though it was 2 minutes before closing I was invited to go to their office. They opened my laptop and retrieved my hard drive and helped me chose a new computer that would meet the system requirements I needed. Every step taken was explained to me ahead of time and the cost was very reasonable. So happy I found this place! called, dropped off and completed in a few hours!! My computer screen had shattered.They were able to save all my docs pictures on my computer, put them on an external hard drive for me! Super helpful, offered to put all info on my new computer and clear and dispose of old computer. Convenient parking next to building! Support small business… shop local!

I brought my laptop in to be checked because it was working way too slowly. Nancy was very helpful, explaining the cost and that it would be looked at the next day. I got a call the next day that my laptop was ready to be picked up. Very happy with the results and the quick turnover to get it repaired.

I found Visiting Geeks because I was trying to determine if my 10 year old MacBook Pro was worth trying to fix or if I should just scrap it and get a new laptop. Through email we looked up the serial number and specs and it was their recommendation that it was worth repairing. Honestly, I was skeptical as this laptop was so slow, it took 30 minutes to turn on and I couldn't even do zoom calls on it during the pandemic. I took their recommendation for repairing it and I'm very happy I did. Their recommendation was to replace the hard drive with a SSD and to add RAM and they gave me a very reasonable quote for the parts and labor ahead of time. When I got it back I couldn't believe how fast it was and how well it was working. It started right up, it was unbelievably fast, I was able to do zoom calls on it and able to open large files without an issue. I was very happy with their work, it was repaired quickly, they were responsive to my original inquiry, and the work came in at the price they quoted. I'm so happy I listened to them and got my macbook repaired and didn't scrap it for a new one. I have a iMac that I'm going to be bringing back to have serviced by them also and I would recommend them to anyone.

Brought my laptop here for a keyboard repair. They were super knowledgeable and fast. Even helped diagnose the issue over the phone. Computer works like new! Definitely 100% recommend and will be returning myself next time my computer needs help.

We contacted the Visiting Geeks for an unresponsive laptop.
Nancy called back the next day to schedule a drop off appt.
Brought the laptop in the next day at 11AM and received a call
that it was done at 2:30PM the same day. They found a dead hard drive
and replaced it with a SSHD and installed Windows 10, as we lost all
software. Everything that was done was fully explained in laymans terms.
We are back computing with the help of the Visiting Geeks. Don't hesitate

I thought my laptop hard drive was dead after I couldn't get the laptop to boot up. Diagnostics said the hard drive was corrupt and needed replacing. I brought the laptop to their shop and the next day they called with good news. Dick got the laptop to boot up and he saved all the data. Dick is friendly and very knowledgeable, and fast.
