If I could give this company a 10 star I would. EVERY representative of this company has been an example of what I would expect from a professional company. I was treated as a priority and really felt like I was the only customer they were working with. Tramont’s staff was quick to respond to my call and were able to come out and fix our issue in a timely manner. We were so impressed with the service we received we ended up having them install a dehumidifier for us as well. Would highly recommend them!!

They were great! Less expensive than some of their competitors without sacrificing product quality. They are knowledgeable, courteous and showed up on time. Finished in a few hours and system works great! Installers, Nick and Austin did an awesome job too!

Tramont, came on a holiday Sunday. Was on site in 30 minutes. Bad AC. Gave several options and prices. Agree to replace the whole unit in two days. Did a very good job and a great value in the product and quantity of service. Highly recommend this professional businesses. Others prices were higher and some did not even return calls.

Called Tramont as a second opinion for my dead ac unit. I wish I didn’t waste my time with the other company. These guys were straight with me when discussing options. They got a new unit in the next day and even lent us a portable ac unit for the night. Their pricing was way more reasonable than the initial company which was about $4000 more and the unit is bigger than expected. These are my go to guys moving forward and have already suggested to other people.

Collyn and his team done an excellent job installing a new unit to my house. They was very thorough with everything that they done! Super awesome guys. They were so quick to answer our call and were able to set up a visit within a day (we called over the weekend). Austin was really nice and didn’t mind walking us through what he was doing. Then when our AC went out again, he made time to swing by that night and replace our circuit board or whatever it was called lol. Their prices seem fair enough. Definitely putting them on my speed dial 😂

We're so happy we now know a GREAT company to call for our heating and cooling needs! We came home to a hot house this evening but thanks to Collyn responding so quickly, we'll be sleeping comfortably tonight and it didn't break our bank account! My air was reading over 10 degrees hotter than what I had it set at and the next few days were supposed to be record temps… I called several companies and couldn’t get anyone out sooner than late the next day. Found Tramont and reached out, they were able to come out and check things first thing in the morning. Turned out my coil was frozen over due to my unit needing a major cleaning! They got me up and running within about an hour and a half, explained what would help moving forward. Extremely professional and made me feel at ease the whole time. They even checked up later in the day to make sure my unit was still doing good! Definitely would recommend them and plan to call if I need help again!

Fast, quick, and simple. They came for just a regular maintenance but I found a few things I knew I wanted done. They did it without complaint and had all the parts they needed on hand. Also a great price.

What an awesome company, from clear & quick communication to competitive prices and everything in between. We had a mini split that needed repair (it was not one they installed) and had them install a 2nd one. They did a great job. Would highly recommend Collyn and Austin they are both very professional. Once again Tramont to the rescue, started having a cooling issue last night contacted Collin with no issue and had his awesome tech Austin at our home at 830 on a sunday. Issue resolved and running in less then 10mins for a warranty part. You and your team are absolutely outstanding and I can only hope your company continues to grow like the wild fire it has. Austin returned my call as quickly as possible and scheduled a time to service my AC unit. He called ahead to confirm he was on his way and arrived right on time. Austin spent a lot of time throughly testing my AC, fixing what was needed and offering options to ensure system remains working properly. Every question I had was answered and I am I could not be more impressed with his knowledge!

I have used Tramont H&C twice beginning last fall for my fall checkup on my heating system. Colin arrived on time and I found him to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. Today Austin came to do the seasonal check on my AC and I will say the same things about him. I needed a replacement part that was keeping my unit from performing at peak condition and I felt the charge was very reasonable. I will gladly continue to use Tramont H&C to service my home’s furnace and air conditioner.
