Jed is great at what he does. Very polite and knowledgeable guy. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your heating and air. Our furnace went out and he was able to get us back up and running in less than a week here in December. Everyone we called said they were weeks out. Go local, go True North Heating & Air. Jed is great to work with because he is friendly, professional and gives you prompt attention. My hot water heater went out and Jed had it replaced and running the next day. True North has my highest recommendation.

Ran out of propane and upon restart the fan would only work with no heat. Called True North and Jed walked me through how to get it reset and going again right over the phone. No charge, just quick fast help right over the phone! Will definitely be using them again.

He came out as a second opinion as someone else we had out said we "needed" a new furnace ours was only 8 years old and they said our heat exchanger was cracked it was not. true North came out and showed me live video of the heat exchanger in great shape all we needed were new burners and we were good to go. Use them they won't charge you for what you don't need. They are not the cheapest around but you get what you pay for. Thank you.

Wow, what a great service from Jed and True North. Our 24 year old propane furnace stopped firing. Jed came and had it firing within five minutes. It was time for a new furnace and Jed went over everything with us and a new, energy efficient furnace was installed today. Jed and his assistant removed the old furnace and had the new one in in less than 3 hours. Jed is the perfect example of great customer service. We highly recommend Jed for any of your future HVAC needs!

Jed from True North Heating, was very professional and reliable, excellent service..We are 74 and our furnace went out in the middle of the night, I called several different furnace companies and not one of them could come out for several days. I finally got in touch with Jed at True North and he came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately we needed a part that he didn't have in stock and it would take a day or so to get. Jed went out of his way to lend us 4 electric heaters to use until the parts arrived..He went above and beyond to help us out. We would highly recommend True North.

Can't say enough about True North. They went out of their way to help us with a relative's (who was hospitalized) boiler system that had to be replaced. I drove from the Twin Cities to Hinkley to help set up a new boiler system. Jed helped schedule estimate, tear out and replacement at our convenience. He was always on time and professional! Very happy with all!

Jed with True North was great to work with. We had a flood in our utility room and had to open an insurance claim to replace our furnace and water heater that were submerged in the flood. He worked with us and helped every bit of the way with the insurance company, and really focused on making a real unfortunate situation as painless and as smooth of a process as possible. We would highly recommend True North's services to friends and family! On a final note, our 6yr old high end furnace wasn't heating our home properly, which we had gotten used to, and the way he tuned the new furnace the air flow and warmth is a night and day difference, which is awesome!

Called these guys to do maintenance on our system because it was acting up and didn't feel like it was heating well.... getting cold. They came out right away and walked me through the issues. Jed was very professional and told me what needed to be fixed and a new unit was not necessary just yet.... thankfully, saved me more money than I wanted to spend. He got it diagnosed, communicated and fixed all within a few short hours. Couldn't be happier! I would definitely call them again and I will be following up in the not too distant future for that replacement that is inevitable. Thank you Jed!

Jed is super knowledgeable and professional which is so hard to find these days! He got back to me right away after I reached out and fit me in the next day. He called to let me know he was going to be five minutes late and wore shoes coverings without being asked. In addition to all that, he went above and beyond in answering every one of my questions and offered practical and reasonable solutions to my problem! Highly recommend!

Thank you Jed. We were trying to get out of town but a hot water leak turned our basement into a suana and took out the contol board in our in our newer furnace. He had a new control board the next day and called and asked if he could stop out and replace it late afternoon since he finished his last appt early. Call Jed first!! Top notch.
