National Grid

My family loves being a customer to national grid for many years.excellent service.

My father worked out of Schenectady NY then Queensbury NY as a linesmen for 50 yrs when it was Niagra Mohawk.And not once was there a problem. Now this company is a joke. Sending shut off notices for $175.00 not once but three times. Then goes and helps themselves to about that amount twice . Get a notice they withdrew two different times. That amount was paid and the new balance is unknown.. Apparently the main office their headquarters in England need to made aware of what they are pulling here.

Can't even come turn on someone power all they need to do is flip the switches. Told us we gotta wait next Monday on the 8th, Do you're job then be lazy. If you want money come turn power on

Can't go 1 week without power going out for the night or two,we pay our bill every month and you might think about hiring more line men the workers not your white shirt and tie idiots that told me 2 years ago there was nothing wrong with my rotten power pole in my yard with the cross arms rotted off and 744' between the poles that were installed in 1930,I'm glad your line men were concerned about this Hazzard to my family.

Unable to report a streetlight outage. I have given all the information required, yet I still cannot submit the request. Frustrating!

Consently having trouble with this company. Unfriendly associates, not taking the money and instead charging you a late fee, or saying they send guys to check your meeters and they never show up.

Don't stick within the company policy guidelines. Make up as they go.

I have called and set up appointments 3 times in 3 weeks now to start service, they never show up.
