Dwelyn was running the store by hisself but was so polite and so helpful. He was helping another lady with a phone problem and I asked him if he wanted me to leave since it was closing time but he knew our phone was dead and said no I will help you if you don’t mind. He stayed late for me to buy not just the 1 phone I had intended to buy but upgraded my other phone and in the mean time solved a problem for another gentleman! Such a nice guy and I would recommend working with him and the company anytime. Great job Dewlyn!!!

Dwelyn was a great employee and helped 3 different customers all in a quick timely manner and very professional all by himself, he was very knowledgeable and helped us with great attitude and laughs even though we stayed a little after closing.

Went in yesterday to upgrade my phone. Judith went above and beyond helping me, answering questions, and setting me up. Phone had to be at 80% to transfer my info, she charged it for me while helping a huge influx of customers all on her own. Never lost her cool or patience, and got everyone squared away just as my phone finished doing what it needed to do, all while taking phone calls on the business line. 10/10 will recommend

The Verizon on Bragg Boulevard by the ABC Store has amazing customer service. Got me in and out with everything I needed and wanted. Friendly convos and superb knowledge about the products they’re selling. No tricks no hidden fees. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend

Thurman , was truly professional, I am certain of this.
He recommended some good choices to me, without forcing it down my throat. He was courteous knowledgeable and definitely a well-rounded person with a great personality. Add another retail Verizon store, I thought I got treated very generously, so I left a very very good review for the individual, as it turns out my shipment
Was botched , I returned an item that I’ve never really wanted, and let the sales person completely mess up all of my intellectual property on three devices, I left him an excellent review, because we had common grounds, three days later, I would do anything to go back to the time
That this all took place and I would go to the store completely confidently that Thurman is working at. I would do anything to retrieve the material I lost in my devices with that first experience. I will be returning to the Verizon store with Thurman Works. AND making some DESIRED PURCHASES,

If Thurman could assist me in retrieving the material that has been lost at my visit to the other store with the other salesman, I do regret leaving a very good review for that gentleman, but Thurman far exceeded his salesmanship with his cordiality, Thurman was a breath of fresh air he is not forceful, and is the kind of sales person I really prefer, over the other guy. This is the 2nd post I see about Dwelyn. This man is FRICKIN AWESOME!! I stopped in tonight because I had a question about some financial help with my bill for this month. My family has just moved to NC from Delaware & because of issues with the move, money is tight for this month. Well Dwelyn knew exactly what to do. He made a phone call, and Kayla helped walk he & I through a process on the My Verizon app. I dunno where Kalya is/was but between she & Dwelyn I got the help I needed and quite quickly too. Thank you Dwelyn!! From the time I walked in the door, you made me feel important. Even though we just met, it was as if we were old friends.

My man Rico was absolutely phenomenal. Still helped me out, without delaying the process, while still helping people come in the door to enforce the COVID protocols. Didn’t miss a beat. Way better experience here with Christian vs the guys at the Cameron location or the Consumer Sales in Sanford. Sales rep tried offering me some accessories. Didn't try to force them on me. Rep was knowledgeable of Android even though he rocked Ios. Normally I don't go into brick and mortar carrier locations. But I'd return here!

Thurman helped me tremendously and was very patient, very few people care about customers when its closing time but his service was awesome! He took the time to explain the pros and cons of different devices, just all around knowledgeable!

Went to this location to try to turn in a piece of equipment. Ended up buying the iPhone 12. There was a lot of technical issues with the system but my rep - Christian and his Manager Judith put in the work to see it through. Solid staff. I highly recommend.

Hello I've been Verizon customer for 17 years during this time I've met some very good sales people, service technicians and Verizon customer service personnel. I bought a Google pixel 3 months ago and also bought a Lenovo 8 inch tablet. These pieces of equipment I use every day. I what is using the Lenovo in my shop here's accidentally knocked off a shelf and fell face down one foot and the glass screen was shatterd. I decided to go to the victra in Spring lake North Carolina. How was hoping to get the tablet under my insurance plan. But I did not purchase insurance as I thought. Yes for the Pixel 3, no for the Lenovo. there was only one salesman when I entered the store his name is Matt he was temporarily working at this store. Matt normally works out of a Victra store in Durham North Carolina. He assured that I would leave as a happy customer. Matt explained the options I had for repairing the tablet and cost in curred. I declined that. Matt then brought to the table new Samsung Galaxy Tab A for me to consider as replacenmnt to the Lenovo. We discussed monies, warranties, and I purchased the Samsung. Matt was very cordial, professional, assertive, organized, knew this product well and excited to talk about working as a Victra employee. He well represented his company. I was having how to use the issues with my Pixel 3 and he fixed the problems. He was easy to talk with and did not treat me like an old guy technology challenged. I respect Matt for that. I hope to talk him into joining the great U S Air Force. His skills are great.
