Such a great experience with Coastal Surface & Design, LLC this company has exceptional customer service. They are one of the best we have had the pleasure of doing business with. Start to finish the process was about 6 weeks total, once we were set with the color and details with our loungers everything was smooth as butter. We elected to have our pool tile inserted into the loungers which elevated our pool oasis to just gorgeous! Devon is amazing, we cannot say enough about how comfortable, service driven and efficient this man and his company are. The loungers are concrete so you not have to move them, so well constructed. We are excited to be sharing with all our family and friends, we are sure we will be enjoying these loungers for years to come!!!! Thank you, Devon and Derek!!!!!10 stars

I could not be happier with our beautiful Pool lounge chairs from Coastal Surface & Design. Devon was extremely helpful throughout the process. The chairs are just beautiful in our pool!! Quality work and outstanding product service all the way through to delivering those awesome chairs right to the Sundeck in our pool!! Highly recommended this company. A great experience from the first minute till the end!!

We were contacted by the owner and he had some life problems come up and apologized. We received our chairs yesterday and they are absolutely beautiful! Sometimes life can get can crazy, which we understand! Thank you for calling and making this bad turn good!

My husband and I did a lot of emails back and forth with the owner Devon McElroy and he would respond within minutes. We decided to order 2 loungers with custom tile inserts. We sent an overnight package with our pool tile to his shop and he received at the end of June. We paid $2,400 on June 27th and we were told it takes 4-5 weeks for us to receive our new loungers. After 6 weeks, I started emailing, calling, and texting with absolutely not one response! It has now been over 9 weeks and nothing. Will not respond to email. Will not answer phone. Will not reply to text! Very sad that this started out so good and is ending so bad! BE AWARE!

Devin and his company are amazing! We are in love with our pool loungers and table. They are gorgeous!! And Devin worked with us in timing of delivery each time we had unexpected delays with our new pool construction. I highly recommend Coastal Surface & Design…. I am confident you will LOVE the products as much as we do!!

All we can say is "WOW"! These turned out even better than we expected. Devon was great to work with. He took all our requests and suggestions and made them come to life. Not only are they beautiful but so comfortable. It's like we live at a resort! We couldn't be happier.

I ordered to ledge lingers for my pool and I love them! They are exactly what I expected! Delivery was before schedule and very professional. They delivered them right to the pool! I would definitely order from this company again, highly recommend!

Beautiful job. We are very happy with the loungers.

Ordered roughly a month ago, received yesterday beautiful chairs with table. Wife absolutely couldn’t stop talking about them. Love the looks it brings to the pool would use them again and recommend. Owner stays in contact with you with any and all of your concerns. Way to go Coastal Surface and Design.

Update, A year later the paint is chipping off and cracks in side table by the cup holder. Buyer beware, Devon will ghost you!!

Just heard from owner. Hi William, not sure why the paint isn't holding up. I think it would be best to replace them along with the table.
