I've got two reasons for recommending Covenant Closing. We closed on our house on 4/15, and Susan Flanagan was excellent and the closing went as smooth as possible. Where she went above and beyond is with what happened with our Homeowner's Insurance policy. We paid for a one year policy through the closing and Susan sent out a check to the insurance company. For whatever reason, they didn't get it so a second check was sent out. Again, they didn't get it and as a result canceled our policy. When I called Susan to let her know she immediately started working with the insurance broker to contact the insurance company to get payment made. She was willing to make the payment in several different ways, including overnighting a check or over the phone. We were finally able to get a manager at the insurance company on the phone and Susan was able to get the payment made and the policy reinstated. The customer service shown by Susan and Covenant was truly amazing!
